She was prompt with her communication and kept me updated on the day of the grooming. She helped get my dog into the van since he was hesitant. Once he was in there he was fine. Samantha bathed him, gave a hair cut, trimmed his nails, and gave him a cute Halloween accessory for his collar. She was done on time and offered electronic payment option. Highly recommend!

Recently our three fur babies stayed at the Resort, once again came home sick. Our youngest got…read moreDiarrhea, had it for a couple days as I had to cut the hair on the inside of his legs to get him completely cleaned up. Three days later our Oldest dog got it then a few days after our third fur baby came down with it. Now we board at the Spa so our fur babies can be taken to the vet if anything happens, once again no vet visit. they did not clean Bear and he came home red, sore from going so much. although they said they did clean the blankets because they have laundry service there. now they said they have no documentation of him having diarrhea and would ask the staff if they remember anything. REALLY!!! then they send an audited bill after over 5 weeks to tell me we owe $125 or so for picking them up after Noon! which they also have no documentation of my son picking them up to drop them off at our home before Noon for us! These Fur Babies did not deserve to be taken care of like this. The facility smells terrible so I should have know their cleaning SOPs were not being followed! J.E.

My dog…read morewas healthy when dropped off and stopped eating, got diarrhea and was not taken out in over 5 hours. I was able to monitor my pet in one of their suite options and paid a premium. I called to let them know I was concerned that my dog was sick and found out no one monitors or returns phone calls on the weekends. They feed them and only return between 5-6 pm for pet owners like myself who pay extra to pick up their animal. I also left a message at the attached vet office. Needless to say I was very upset when I saw the condition of the so called pet suite and my dog that never messes in sh..t. Not a spa! Building was dark when I went to get my dog and no humans monitoring any of the animals. They showed up at 2 minutes to 5. The standards may have been better in the past but not now.

I called my vet (our old vet!) and she was just too busy to even take a peek at him and told us to just take him to the emergency hospital, which was not necessary. Dr. McLean got us in to see her. And scheduled a dental procedure for my dog, which made me so comfortable and he is feeling amazing! She explained everything and took great care of him! He lost 20 teeth due to bacteria...however he is feeling so much better and is like a new puppy!!! Everything happens for a reason! I won't miss that greedy, non-caring " so called Veterinarian" we used to visit faithfully. Good Luck to you! I will definitely share my story! About 9 months ago, I reached out to Kelsey needing cat sitting for my 13 year old cat, Zeus. By…read morethe meet and greet, I knew Kelsey was going to be amazing. She was able to instantly bond with Zeus and leave an amazing first impression! She has been great at taking care of him for me while I go on week long trips for my work in Minneapolis and also visiting family out in California. She always sends photos to me and tells me updates everyday while I am out of town. In November, she mentioned to me that Zeus was drinking too much water and recommended I get him looked at by a vet. When I took Zeus in, the vet diagnosed him with feline diabetes. I would not have been able to get him diagnosed as quickly if it were not for Kelsey looking out for me and his best interests. Kelsey has been also to help with administering insulin for me while I am gone so he is able to be his happy and healthy self while I am gone. Since his diagnosis, she has been great at sending me updates on his water intake and any medical issues that arises. Kelsey is a honest, hard working woman with a passion for all animals. She is dedicated to ensuring all animals in her care are taken care of and loved while their owners are away. I would recommend her to any person in the area who needs someone to take care of their animals. Normally I get very anxious leaving Zeus while I travel. With Kelsey, she has been able to elevate any concerns that I have and make me feel comfortable with traveling anywhere in the US (and Canada!).
