Terrible! Yet again, the manager of that store was very rude! I have been in there a few times to return a chewed ball. I'm trying to find one that my dog can actually NOT destroy. Instead of her using the opportunity to be a decent customer service representative and say "hey. I noticed that you're in here a alot returning balls. Let's chat about what we can do to help you." She has decided to make me feel belittled EVERY TIME. In fact, she was SO RUDE one time that I went to head office and they told me that she takes the "return discretion too seriously" and they would talk to her. Well, against my better judgement, I went in again the day before yesterday and she decided to be rude to me AGAIN, and IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. How is she able to keep her job!? If she treats her customers like this, how does she treats her staff!? No wonder they can't keep anybody in there. I've never seen the same person working there.
Terrible. I guess I'm now back to making the half hour drive to Alliston to go to "Global pet foods". This place is TERRIBLE. read more
