He has lost complete vision on his right eye and has some vision in his left eye. I ent her text emails asking her to give me a step by step detail of his grooming on May 15th from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and she said she wants to have access to speak to my vet and the eye specialist that had been treating Takoda. I cried for days the damage she had done to my beautiful pup Takoda who is just turning 4 years old on August 1st this year. She does not ask her clients for any proof of vaccination which is completely disgusting. Never take your pets to her she pretends she cares about your pet but if she did she would have met to discuss what happened or responded to my email that I sent her asking to outline exactly what grooming products and instruments were used on my dogs body and face. Delaney Brown has refused to respond giving all the info I requested. Never ever take your pets for grooming at Stayner Pet Store. She claims she is a reputable groomer she is not. Disgusting and horrible how she burnt my dogs eyes with her grooming products. My poor dog is suffering since May 15th and she has refused to ens me all the details of his grooming. She admitted to me that she was only enrolled in online school and wasn't actually certified when I directly asked her about it. 2. She became extremely unreliable and difficult and o make appointments with even after I had paid in advance. 3. She flaked out on several people who I had personally recommended her services to. Either not showing up or making last minutes excuses about why she wasn't coming any longer. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone use GoGo Zoey. She has lied to almost no end about being a Veterinary Technician when she actually is not. She has performed procedures on my precious baby that I would NEVER have let her do had I known the truth. She is unreliable and has embarrassed me tremendously with the ways she's treated clients I've referred her to. Look elsewhere for an honest, trustworthy and REAL vet tech if you care for you pet.

Being almost halfway through a (very poorly reviewed) online course DOES NOT MAKE YOU A VETERINARY TECHNICIAN. Zoey was extremely angry that I posted this review and went so far as to claim I'm trying to ruin her business. I want to be super clear, I am not trying to ruin anyone. I just think claiming to be to have qualifications that you don't have is wrong. Zoey committed in writing to me that she will be rebranding her business to make it clear that she is not a Vet Tech but several weeks have gone by and she has not amended any of her info. She also claims to have qualifications like being "Fear Free Certified" but you can only be FFC if you are a registered veterinary technician or veterinarian... so I question the legitimacy of any credentials she claims to have. I am actually pretty grossed out and upset that I was lied to about her qualifications and that I let her into my home under false pretences. She is also very unprofessional and ALWAYS late. She changes her prices more often than I change my nail polish. I even noticed after she was here, that she charged me almost double the rate that she was advertising on her website at the time. After discussing this situation with my actual veterinarian, I was advised that anyone claiming to be a mobile Vet Tech should only be working as part of a veterinarians office. Also Zoey does dental cleanings which are only ever supposed to be performed by a Vet Tech while under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian. This entire situation has my skin crawling. Do yourself a favour and hire a regular groomer for grooming and take your precious pet to a real vet clinic for anything outside the normal scope of a groomer. * Edit, Zoey has privately asked me to remove my review saying she will rebrand her business to be honest about her qualifications. I WILL update this review if she does the right but as of now she has not changed anything.
