I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. That wouldn't have bothered me so much if there hadn't been 10 dogs and 5 people already there. It was minuscule. If your dog or another person's dog weren't getting along, you had no choice but to leave rather than walk away to another part of the park. The people there were smoking! I was also disappointed with their customer service. I don't like walking in a store and finding that I don't even get a hello and that the owner is eating messy chicken wings at the front desk - especially when they need to put their hand in tanks with such sensitive creatures. The residue can disrupt the delicate balance and cause fish to die, get sick and in general contaminate the water supply.
