I know I did because I quadrupled check to make sure that I was signed up for a bath and cut. I got a call to come in earlier the day before because they would not have time since I scheduled at the end of the day...which was the only appointment available. I was fine with moving up my appointment to get the Full Groom. I bring my dog in for the appointment. I got there a little early and they were not ready. No biggie, I waited till he was and it was even a few mins after my scheduled time. Then I was informed it was just for a bath. I was like no it's for a Full Groom which I even told him that I made sure to check the Full Groom when I was booking online. Besides the FACT - It's the VERY FIRST OPTION!!!! He still told me no that it was a bath only. Maybe when they changed my appointment time they changed it to a bath only - but I put my GRANDSON's little head on this that I chose the FULL GROOM. I complained to their corporate office. I can't remember the girls name but she was very rude and offensive. And basically was completely fine with me taking my business elsewhere. So it's amazing to me that anyone would treat a customer this way. It's also Amazing that a business is fine with losing business. I was not asking for any free services or expecting anything free from them. Never even asked for that. Just simply wanted them to accept some reasonable responsibility they got this wrong. Since these businesses rely so heavily on reviews then I doing my duty!

Our last session was at a park where we got to practice our new skills in a safe situation with a professional so that I felt in control and at ease practicing them in the "real world." Melissa really listened to what I wanted, what my dog needed, and tailored every session to what would work best for US - not following the same script and steps that everyone gets. I went in hesitant about the training methods but am now more educated than I anticipated; I know more about training, I know more about my dog, and I even know more about myself. It was also a lot of fun!! My dog and I both looked forward to our sessions and it helped us bond a lot. There were quite a few scheduling issues, which was not a huge deal for me, but it was inconvenient at times since I have to drive a bit to get to the facility. Regardless, I will 100% be saving up for another 6 week program!

They do offer walk in nail trims which made getting in on my schedule easy. They didn't even get his quick once so he left a happy buddy, tail up high!
