He tried to say I was late I showed him my phone where he sent the exact time I arrived. He argued until store manager came and told him she's right . Then suddenly he hands my little wet baby to me and hands me leash of my bigger girl. I decided I'm not doing them ! Yes! he brings out my two wet dogs and says he decided not to do them . One has been disclosed to have experience a few epilepsy episodes over ten years she's had three! but it's not a regular experience as a preventative and caring pet momma I carry her liquid rescue . He asked me to not wait and I said ok but I will be nearby in the store ( he was already 90 min of waiting . Suddenly he says it's corporate policy no animals with medication. Note he's done her many times no problem . I asked to see this corporate policy but not even the manager could produce it . I've never had such cruel behavior given to me and I'm an older lady standing there in shock tears running down my face in holding two scared wet shaking dogs . All because I believe he double booked me and got behind. . No apologies just sheer loud and total deniability. Since his voice was loud already he had ruled his cruel decision . Just stopped mid service i had no managerial support just pushed a phone number in my hand and said call corporate ! I took my dogs and left in tears and disrespect . Never will I return and I have informed all my dog groups and functions BECAUSE even if you have his confirmation in writing on the phone he confirmed it still no apology no options . Still he still threw my babies out! . THERE ARE NO PHANTOM STORE POLICIES ALWAYS BEEN ME THERE WITH HER MEDICINE IN CASE . They are BOTH WELL BUT THEY LOOKED SHOCKED AND UPSET WET AND COLD IN AIR CONDITIONING . He didn't even offer to dry them. So well and have a new groomer no problems and I was finally able to pray for his soul and asked God to let him do no harm. . I said a prayer for all the dogs in his care and for his arrogance to be replaced with humanity and kindness.

Not every dog is the same. Not every dog learns the same. It's unacceptable to put the​ dog through what she did just to get it out of its crate. And if your facility is not able to allow a dog to decompress in its crate right after being picked up, then you need to reevaluate your space. There's never a situation that you should be dumping a dog that is already fearful of its surroundings.

My dog's haircut was badly botched, and the final result was nowhere near what I asked for. The grooming was uneven and poorly done, and I was shocked by how my dog looked when I picked him up. What concerns me even more is how the experience affected my dog afterward. He was visibly scared and hesitant about returning, which was heartbreaking to see. A grooming appointment should leave a dog feeling safe and comfortable, not fearful about going back. I understand that grooming mistakes can happen, but the quality of the haircut and, more importantly, the effect the experience had on my dog were unacceptable to me. I expected much better care and professionalism, especially from a business that presents itself as a holistic pet spa.
