I have a senior large dog who within the last year or so, after grooming has a very hard time standing/walking after (he insists on standing during his groom & his back legs have arthritis). They now send 2 groomers to make sure he is safe getting in & out of the tub and van, which I thought was so thoughtful. This last time he was unable to walk home because his legs were tired from standing, I got my wagon for him & both groomers helped me wheel him home and were so kind in helping me. When we came down at the confirmed time of 8:40, she had already left. I understand arriving early, but as a courtesy, if you confirm a specific time, you should wait until at least that agreed-upon time before leaving. I was in a meeting and did not see the text immediately. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, I was told, "this is how it is." That response reflects very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for professionalism, clear scheduling, and respectful communication.
