Funeral deliver had to be before 8:30am the next morning and it was all ready 2:30pm, but they made it happen and could not have been kinder while doing it. I live out of town and ordered flowers for a funeral that I would be attending. I ordered them via FTD through a link on the funeral homes website. I ordered them the day before the visitation and got an email from FTD saying that the flower shop confirmed delivery at about 9 am on the day of visitation. I arrived and my flowers were no where to be found. I tried calling FTD but they would not tell me who the flower shop was that was supposed to deliver (privacy for the merchant? crazy). Anyway there are only two shops in town and I finally got ahold of them the next day. They claimed it was just a mixup and they had not delivered as confirmed to FTD. I want to believe the best in people but I can't help but wonder if they tried to scam me since I was an out of towner and they assumed that I would not attend and would never find out that my flowers had never been delivered. They offered to deliver them for the funeral, but nobody cares about the flowers at the funeral. They need to be there for the visitation. I don't blame FTD since they took the shops word for delivery. I totally blame the shop. I think it is a lousy way to treat customers, and would steer clear of them, cause they will try to rip you off if they get the chance. read more

Ordered via phone flowers for my mother's birthday. I payed 60 dollars for a bouquet of at least 12 roses and 10+ additional flowers. What she received was 4 roses and a few other ones. If you guys think your orders can't be checked if I am not ordering by myself then you are really wrong. Start selling what you advertise or quit business. read more
