Our food came out promptly and the owner brought us several homemade BBQ sauces to try. I had the brisket platter and everything was amazing! Great flavor and sauces were so good! Excellent food, Excellent value, and above all, Excellent customer service!  We hired them for our…read moreAugustana College Homecoming Meet & Greet.  William Strickland and his family business didn't disappoint!  Every dish was absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly!  He included 3 sauces ranging from hot to sweet & mild, which was my choice.  The meats were tender, the side dishes and rolls were really good and we had plenty for our guests.  I didn't get to taste the chocolate chip cookies, but I'm sure they were good. William knows his way around an industrial kitchen, he found the warmer and stored our extra trays to keep them warm.  All the trays were labeled perfectly so that we could easily replace the covers.  We had enough food left over to donate to the community center where our event was held.  When William called to follow up after the weekend, he was happy to hear that we'd done so, his business also donates food.  If you have an event in the Quad Cities and you're seeking good BBQ and southern comfort food, I recommend Strickly Southern Catering.  Without a doubt, 5-Stars!
