A gentleman named Jake I stopped near the entrance and asked if he could help me as I had a dilemma that I hadn't been able to resolve on my own with a fancy shop vac I purchased there a few months back. He walked me over to the shop vacs & I pointed out the one I purchased and he walked me through the three areas on how to resolve my stalled situations on that model. Hands down the most polite and tolerant employee. But I've seen this with other employees there over these past 2 years or so. I feel we are so fortunate to have this business here and the management is doing a great job with employees chosen and the overall all staff attitudes and Top Notch Customer Service. Specifically I worked with a brunette lady the first few times I visited who taught me about evergreens and ground cover and today I worked with a blonde lady who helped me pick lavender and a peach tree. My garden is looking great and I even got a compliment on it the other day. I really think it's thanks to the quality of the plants they have here, as well as the help I received, because I do not really have much of a green thumb! I will say I did not take the advice of keeping my peppers indoors when I purchased them in a colder month, but they are still budding/ flowering even though the leaves are not in their best shape, but that's my own fault for being impatient.

EONL is directly behind the brand new Super Walmart Garden Center. Employees are friendly and willing to answer questions and give suggestions.
