If you don't want what you asked for use petal pushers. Honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. Very disappointed with petal pushers. When asked to create something special for a funeral with a high budget, Business owner assured us it was possible to create. By the time we picked up arrangements we were very disappointed when we saw it was not what we had asked, nor what she assured us she could do. As it was 2 hours before funeral we had no other choice but to use them. Later, a family member tried to clear things up with petal pushers but the assistant referred to my family as "dumb for picking up the flowers anyways" . How professional.. also, later to our realization we noticed owner used fake flowers from Lowe's grocery store. Which is a big deal when you spend that kind of money. When asked for a full refund owner only wanted to give $100. And would not negotiate anything more than a gift certificate (like as if we'd use them again after this horror story.) Family still tried to come to an agreement but owner ended up blocking her phone number very unprofessional business leader. Very upsetting and unprofessional the way they treat their customers. read more

I ordered 3 big arrangement that petal pushers assured me they could do. While picking them up I notice they were NOT what I asked or payed for even included fake flowers from the grocery store. In one of the arrangements that was supposed to be medium sized, was 5 roses and filler daisies that didn't even match and she charged 100$ for it . The rest of the arrangements looked like a 5 year old put them together. I left the flower shop crying. After letting the assistant know she just stared at me not saying anything. Being that I needed them in just a few hours I had no choice but to take them. I then expressed my disappointment to the owner and she was very dismissive, had to be texted multiple times for a reply and all I was offered was a gift certificate worth nothing to use her again (yeah right) after expressing not wanting the gift certificate to use her again, I was blocked! This shop is ridiculous and should really show better customer service. I feel for the poor people who order from them next. Does not even deserve the one star but I had to put it. read more

Love petal pushers. I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday & she loved them so much she asked me the name of the shop I ordered from. She called Katiyah for a funeral arrangement & it was beautiful. We are so pleased with her work & the staff who is always kind & helpful. read more

I highly recommend this place! I used their services for my wedding last summer. Katiyah was incredibly patient, helpful, and just generally a really sweet person! I had no idea where to start with flowers or what I wanted. I ended up just giving her artistic license to make something beautiful, and I couldn't have been more pleased! The flowers and arrangements were stunning, and the interactions I had with the staff were stellar. read more

I called to place an order for a funeral. I wanted a live plant and was given three choices, of which I chose the herb basket. Instead of delivering a herb basket, they delivered an Ivy. I was offered a refund but still wanted the herb basket delivered so declined a refund. What they delivered was a mint plant that had obviously just been purchased at the local garden store. (You could see where the price tag had been removed). It was not an arrangement type looking plant, no foil on the pot, nothing. It was handed to my family in the ugly plastic container it came in. Thank goodness it was after the funeral because it would have looked horrible during a funeral. I paid $56 (including tax and delivery) for them to deliver the wrong plant then replace it with something from a local garden store that was probably only $8. I guess they figured it didn't matter what I asked to be delivered since I'm out of town they didn't think I'd ever find out. read more
