They can't explain it. Is it too complicated? I haven't even made a claim. From the terrible reviews I have been reading here, making a claim will be also be a nightmare - they can't even get my joining application right! I will be cancelling straight away and have already joined another company (approved my application and sent Certificate of Insurance within 15 minutes!) - hopefully I'll be able to get my first months premium back, though I believe it will be like pulling teeth. Recommend choosing from the other dozen or so pet insurance companies available.

Services include (and are not limited to) hydro bathing and grooming, surgery, radiology and imaging, companion animal export, boarding, dentistry, vaccinations, consultations and health examinations. The clinic is pristine clean and very welcoming. Their website provides useful information on Pet Insurance, something which I am now considering! I would definitely recommend the Roseville Vet, as they are always willing to answer your questions. I dropped by to ask a simple question about my cat and Nick gave me free advice! WORST decision I have ever made going to this vet, they lost the end of the cottonbud inside his ear , then proceeded to probe at his ear trying to remove it , after telling them to stop , they proceeded to take him and sedate him , they decided after all of this that he needed emergency surgery to surgically remove it . Found out Greencross Minchinbury had perforated his ear drum with a huge hole left. Now he requires surgery to remove his ear canal as his ear now has growths from the surgery and trauma. Tried to contact higher up managers to no avail, no head office number , no call backs from managers , NO NOTHING!!! We have been told if he doesn't get the surgery he will be approaching the end of what can be done and the pain he is suffering will continue to get worse until there is no option but to put him down . The Greencross vet at Minchinbury , Dr. Anita has shown no remorse or compassion and has not taken the matter seriously.The vet did not even have the decency to come to the phone and when we originally mentioned that we will need to go to management and higher up to get help she laughed and thought the whole this was amusing. We now want to warn others please do not risk putting your fur babies in her hands at this practice we do not want anyone going through what our family are going through

When we picked her up from her appointments not only was she SHAVED but our dog was really freaked out and and has since developed a groomer phobia Ive run into three other dog owners here in Coogee who have all independently described the same experience. It was recommended by a neighbor who was also very happy with the care her 15 year old dog receives there. My little bloke is pretty timid yet he wanders off with his stylist quite happily every time.
