Very good, considering it is the only pet store (that I know of). Very nice employees and large range of pet supplies such as foods for all amlnimals, collars, leashes, treats, snacks, beds, litter boxes, ect. I do feel that the overall selection of products has dwindled over the last couple of years but I do think they're starting to bounce back. I like that I can bring my pets inside with me, however they do often get distracted by the toys and refuse to come with me back to the car. I love that they have a charity service for animals without homes and they ask you if you want to donate to them. It seems like they're a little pushy about their membership system, I bought a collar a few weeks ago, just the one collar and they kept asking me if I had a membership with them, I had cash and I just wanted to pay that way but the cashier kept asking me If I wanted to make an account or if I had a phone number, I just felt a little overwhelming for me, an introvert who just wanted the one thing, didn't have an account and had money in hand. I'm sure it's probably easier for them to just type in a phone number and let the system do the rest, it just seemed like an unnecessary step to me. That's really the only reason I gave them four stars. Overall, good place, good grooming programs and I think they even have a dog training camp??? Maybe they discontinued it last year, IDK. read more

I have never had a bad experience with this groomer always gone to the same girl. In a pinch I needed him cut on a day that she was not there. Picked up my dog to find a gaping hole bleeding on his head behind his ear! (This is after I cleaned up the wound) the groomer THEARSA W was so careless that she said she didn't even realize that she had done this and if she did actually know she was too afraid to let me know.. what did she think was going to happen? I wouldn't find it. WHAT A FREAKING SHAME YOU ARE SO CARLESS AT YOUR JOB! I am shaking mad that the groomer was so nonchalant in her services and "didn't notice" honestly if she would have told me up from I would not have been mad. I get it it happens. Really, I do. But this is unacceptable that you "DIDNT KNOW" it happened. I am also ashamed with the manager who seemed very annoyed with the fact that I was calling and upset. I could almost visualize her rolling her eyes through the phone. Lesson learned I will find somewhere else to go. I feel bad for the skilled groomer that has to work in a place with such careless associates. I also want to add that when I checked him in for grooming o saw that the bill was projected to be more than I have paid for grooming (from the usual competent groomer) when I inquired about it I was told that they added on a package "benifitial to grooming" that cost 22$ more then a normal grooming. It included "upgraded shampoo" and dremiling the nails after the standard clipping. REALLY? Didn't think to ask first maybe- good thing I caught it before it was done and I was forced to pay for it. This Petco is WAY overpriced! I've found many of their items online for half the price. I recommend shopping around.

Had to do a warranty return on a four year old aquarium that unexpectedly cracked at the top plastic casing. We were in and out in ten minutes! The manager did an even exchange and we were on our way. Thanks for keeping it simple Petco! read more
