His official diagnosis was Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO) and otitis externa precipitated by environmental stress and prolonged lack of monitoring. Upon obtaining the kennel's internal activity logs, I discovered a shocking lack of care: * May 31 Log: Entirely blank with zero staff initials, meaning my cat went completely unverified after arrival. * Zero Hydration Records: Absolutely no monitoring or metrics regarding water intake over his entire 14-day stay. * Ignored Red Flags: Staff logged that he "ate half of wet food" but failed to check his vitals or contact my emergency numbers. * Blank Comment Sections: Clear evidence of routine box-checking rather than actual welfare evaluations. A feline body temperature does not reach 105°F instantly, and an ear infection does not advance without visible signs. Their own records prove Happy Tails Pet Lodge failed in their basic duty to provide adequate care and health oversight.
