She sends pictures of our pets which eases the worry while we are gone. We have had other pet sitters and Kathy has been the absolute best. I can go away without worrying at all. We have some odd things, (feeding the hawk raw quail) that we needed done and she has been a trooper in doing them all and then some, like bringing in the mail and putting away garbage cans from the street and even watering plants. Kathy has also done some in home dog training consults with our dogs and I really like her style of dog training, very practical, respectful, and realistic. She is so knowledgeable and she's such a joy to be around. We are really going to miss her when she moves but are so grateful to have had her in our lives over the years. Very strange experiences last two months. Someone very crude and scary took over this business. The…read moregirls in the website pictures are not there for past two months. Suddenly cash only service. Cannot tell anything was done for either dog bathed, nails untouched, no difference in smell or appearance. When asked about this told she "tipped" the nails. Telephone id has name of one person, voicemail different name, woman answering and at store gave yet another. Conversation with "owner/groomer" was someone with NO animal knowledge or experience. Woman was screaming/cursing at another customer while I was making appointment on phone this time, same in store last time. No show for scheduled appointment that she chose, doors locked. Later reached her and took dogs in. Observed her trimming another dog doing worse than I have ever seen. Very strange experience. Last two times different people working, not professional, was told totally different stories each time as reason for change. No longer debit/credit. No customer records. Last month was told employees quit, new young girl said she was always there as owner, this month another older woman said she is owner and has always groomed my pets but neither had any record or knowledge of us and I had never seen either previously. Both times neither knew how much I paid last time or should pay this time. Total change after going there regularly since they opened.
