At that time I was 23 weeks pregnant, I reached out to her and after speaking, she provided me a very detailed follow up via email giving me some time to decide which package to select. If you're considering a swaddle session it's important to reach out to April before the birth of your baby, that way she can have you scheduled for that month (don't worry about if your little one arrives early/later than expected, my little guy arrived 3 weeks early and April quickly reworked her schedule to accommodate us.) During our sessions with April she is always gentle, and welcoming; her studio is extremely inviting and calming the smell of peppermint (which is my little guys favorite nighttime aromatherapy scent) fills the air. Of course my love let April take as pictures of him when he was 6 days old, but I was stunned that he at almost 5 months instantly took to her!!! Definitely not the easiest situation for any photographer. He did a beautiful job in a very short amount of time, a three hour cruise. He got all the standard wedding photos of the ceremony, and posed shots of the wedding party and friends. He then continued to shoot candid photos that were spectacular. At one point he noticed that the boat was passing under the Coronado Bay Bridge and hustled my bride and I up on deck for yet another once in a lifetime shot. Would I recommend Resolution Photography? Absolutely. At the time he was one of the most sought after wedding photographers in San Diego and in the past 9 years I'm sure he has gotten even better, if that's possible. I haven't had contact with Sean since he did our wedding, but I believe that credit should be given where due. Sean was all set up when we arrived on the boat, worked his butt off the whole time, and got the finished product to us in short order at a fair price. The package explicitly included: * One digital photo file * A five-minute docuseries video episode * Hair and makeup for the session * Consultation and photoshoot services To date, I have received only **one digital photo**. The five-minute video and other contracted services have **not been delivered**, despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the business. I have requested a **partial refund of $500**, reflecting the undelivered portion of the services. The business has failed to provide the refund or a confirmed delivery timeline. **Attachments / Evidence:** 1. I have a signed contract 2. Payment confirmation is available 3. Email correspondence showing repeated requests for delivery or refund **Note:** Nicole Barton may claim this is a "fake review," as I see her doing with other reviews but I welcome verification -- feel free to **call me directly** to confirm these details. All email communications are attached for reference. I am seeking: * A **refund of $500** for the undelivered portion of the package * A **prompt response** from the business to resolve this dispute **Other actions already completed:** 1.
