They checked my insurance ahead of time, and I never had to pay anything at the desk for the procedure because it was fully covered. When I left, I purchased a $45 medicine kit that included pads, tape, and medication -- honestly worth every penny because it saved me from having to hunt around the drugstore for the right supplies. They removed the part of my toenail that was causing all the issues, in for my toe, and the entire process was handled professionally and with great care. Follow‑up appointments were just as smooth. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me even more is that the provider didn't stop at the toenail issue -- she listened to my concerns about ankle and foot pain and ordered an X-ray, and then MRI to get real answers. After my cardiologist couldn't find any blockage or circulation problems, it was a relief to finally have someone take the next step. I feel as though I may at last have found a solution. There's one lady whose name is don't know but most of the time she's on the right side windows but she move around so its hard to describe he. One time I went into the office and I was told that I had a balance, and I know for a fact that I pay what I owe every time I go in and in other words, if I didn't pay that amount.That she said I owed, then I would not have been able to see the doctor. I went on and paid it, but I feel like somebody ripped me off. So, i went in yesterday which was Wednesday. July, the eighth and my appointment was 4:10 pm. They asked me to come in early so I got there about 20 minutes till 4. So that was basically a 30 minutes early. And I went up to the front, she told me my copay was $70, and I paid it. I sat down, everybody kept going in. People was coming in after me, going to the back, and i'm still sitting here steady, sitting there here, come his four thirty, i heard someone say my name, so I walked up there and asked, did someone call my name. So that woman who I always think she's rude, she said are you elizabeth ned, and I said, yes, I am, and I also said that, y'all forget about me? She looked at me and said she read it for you. I said that y'all forget about me.? She then said you haven't been checked in looking at all suspicious, like she didn't know what was going on by she been at the desk. Then, she looks at this lady who I guess was the doctor's assistant. And she said" she read it for you" and I said "never mind , I gotta go, " she then asked me, did I want to reschedule and i said no I gotta go. Then, she said, well, you said you gotta go and she said she read it for you.So y'all gonna have to work that out, Really? I said, i'm out and I walked out the door. When I got to the car, I realized I'm gonna get my money back. So I went up to the wonder what a rude lady was and i said I need a refund and she ask me did I want it voided(debit card) and she voided it and gave me the receipt. The problem I have is no one apologized to me.and I bet they lied on me to the doctor. I really liked Kolby White because he always made me feel comfortable. I'm not expecting an apology because how rude they were . I bet Kolby don't even know how what happened.
