He was NOT notified that the bur had gone missing during his visit/procedure. After almost dying from an infection this was surgically removed from his lung and identified as a dental bur. Poor scheduling and unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating.

It got worse to the point it was throbbing all night, preventing me from sleeping. And there are only so many pain pills we can safrly take. I contacted Dr. Li's office, based on my prior good experiences with them, and they had me in the very next day. Amazing. Dr. Li diagnosed that I had an infection, set me up with antibiotics and gave me the option of extracting the bad tooth or a root canal. Normally the term "root canal" would scare me, but I am confident in Dr. Dong Li's work and do not expect it to be unpleasant at all. The absolute best dentist I have ever had.
