This summer I had my daughter with me while on the road and her retainer detached. I was in Wisconsin when this occurred. The entire way home all I could think about was locating a dentist to resolve the issue before school. I searched & came across this establishment. I was definitely anticipating a regular visit like all other dentists. This was far from the case. Today my daughter and I entered the building and was greeted with open arms. The staff from the top down exuded professionalism and cared about every patient. The best part was, it wasn't forced. They made my daughter feel comfortable as if she was a regular patient. The Dentist walked around and greeted all his patients. Assistants were extremely knowledgeable and easy to engage. I wasn't prepared for the blessing they provided us with, but I will forever be grateful. Whenever my daughter is with me and has a dental issue, I'll NEVER attend another clinic. Her teeth were perfectly straight, there was nothing wrong with her bite, and yet they still forced her to keep coming back. The last few appointments, they did not even change her wires or her powerchain. This office is just A++++ in my books and i am soo happy I chose Graf they are worth driving 5 hours for ! :)

Yet here I have been treated for so many services by Brighter Smile and my smile shows the tremendous difference. There are three convenient locations, they offer same day appointments, in office whitening, veneers, implants, oral and IV sedation, and they even work with your insurance. This is a highly qualified, attentive staff at the Shreveport clinic. Also, they are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They take the time to listen to my musings, concerns and questions, and explain the details about the procedures they are about to perform. Unlike previous experiences, this clinic readily shows me my X-rays, dental progress and enlightens me about ways to improve my dental health. I never cry nor feel uncomfortable during my time here.
