Steven was the right lawyer with the right stratagy to deal with them. First phone consultation Steven stated and it was evident he represents Boards and was familiar with the management company. Questions methodical delineating the event, management's position and the relevant evidence leading to a proposed strategy. The resulting letter to the Board combined selections from relevant legal documents and graphic evidence presented with a courteous but forceful tone reflecting his assessment of the strength of my case. Rude, dismissive, and condescending--as if you personally ruined their day by hiring them. The paralegals clearly took a master class in passive aggression. Customer service here is not bad--it's hostile. Then comes the truly shady part: they pressure you to sign over prior, completely unrelated cases that have nothing to do with why you hired them. This is not clearly explained upfront, and it feels like a trap you only realize you've stepped into after it's too late. Consider this your warning. Advocacy? Negotiation? Fighting for your rights? On May 7, we requested an itemized invoice detailing the legal services rendered. We were informed by the receptionist that it was "being worked on." However, as of May 22, we still had not received the requested documentation. When I contacted the office again to follow up, the conversation became contentious with both the reception staff and Mr. Greenwald himself. We were informed that we were "not the clients," despite being individuals who contributed financially to the services and who had consistently sought clarification and updates throughout the process. Overall, we found the communication, professionalism, and transparency demonstrated by this office to be inadequate. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I had worked with Ben before in traffic court, and all I can say is he's a master of his craft. When your freedom is on the line, he's worth his weight in gold. Ben got everything reduced to a misdemeanor with a conditional discharge and a $250 fine--no jail time, just a requirement to stay out of trouble for a year. If you don't hire this guy, you're making a huge mistake and probably deserve to sit in jail. Ben, you're truly the best, and I can't thank you enough.
