Each time I called or emailed to ask a question, I was met with an attitude that my call/email was a burden. They were consistently slow to respond throughout the process and I believe the sale of my home could have closed at least 15 days earlier if they had provided more timely support. This ended up costing me additional money to pay utilities, insurance, etc. But what really irked me and why I'm writing this review is because I sent three requests to get a copy of the closing documents for my records. I received no reply to any of my requests. The last email I sent was to Donald Rossi and Michael Liguori - they didn't even have the professional courtesy to respond. How difficult is to open an email, attach a document and press "send"? Their website advertises that "Our team has the expertise to guide you through any transaction with our unwavering attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible."
