I used Novi Rental Solutions to rent out my house while I was working out of town. I was promised,…read morethey would talk care of finding tenants for a one year lease, the protection of my property and that they would collect rent for me. The tenants left after 8 months without any penalty, the destroyed the house and left behind over $200 worth of garbage that I had to take to the dump and they did not pay $1700 in rent. When I tried to call Novi, they ignored my calls for days and finally just stopped communications completely. I wanted to take the tenants to court but can not because Novi has all their information and is refusing to answer my calls. The tenants are getting aways with no repercussions, not even damage to their credit score. I was never rude to them and very understanding regarding the situation. But this is ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. So if you are looking for a property manager look somewhere else. And if you are looking to rent a place go right ahead, you will not be held accountable for anything.
