Last week I ordered three parts for my truck. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knew…read moreimmediately what I wanted and ordered them for me. These parts came in within a few days. I was notified when they came in and went to pick them up. When I got there, a young man (Im so sorry I can't remember his name) was putting a cover on somebody's truck. When I stopped my truck and went to get out, he stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could help me. I am a senior and was having a little trouble getting around. He told me to stay in the truck and he would get my Parcels for me. When he brought them back to me, he took them out of the boxes for me and installed them I have not seen that kind of customer service in years. I am so impressed by this company. I will definitely be coming back there any time I need anything and will recommend anyone I can to go to Action Car and Truck Accessories. Thank you very much for your very impressive service. I live in Texas and on a long road trip.. was driving from Toronto to Ottawa, on this stretch, when I got a check engine light flicker and go away, then truck wouldn't downshift....pouring down rain and in the middle of nowhere I had my girl look them up on google and I called and they said "come by and we'll take a look" well they not only got me right in, they figured out the issue quick (vacuum hose related) ...got us back on the road ASAP! This place deserves a gold medal for their fast and friendly service.. good group of people for sure. Nice facility, fitted out with all the good shit, and lots of top notch products.. if I was local I would never think to go anywhere else, God bless these boys!
