Helena had me bring the car in immediately. The steering wheel was clanking and pulling and there was knocking in the front end. I feared the worst. I was offered a free loaner car until my car was fixed at 3pm. They have a couple cars for this. I lucked out today. The team there was super busy and cars and people were all funnelling thru. That didnt stop them from getting me back on the road quickly tho. I will always get my vehicle to Midas for all mechanical repairs. Its not just a brake shop. Their mechanics are experienced in all areas of mechanics and cars. The price was reasonable. Very pleased.

Have visited other Midas locations, never the Belleville location. Booked in for their summer…read morecoupon, synthetic oil change, inspection and a tire rotation. Attendant asked me specifically upon check in if I would like the tire rotation, I said yes absolutely. I sat and waited for my service. I could watch the entire process through the waiting room glass from where I was sitting. The oil was changed, but there was no 60 point safety inspection completed, nor was there a tire rotation completed. My keys were returned to me in the waiting room, I was called up to the counter where I asked about what was NOT completed on my vehicle. I was told my vehicle didn't need it??? The attendant then tried to back track and said if I waited around they would complete the rest. Had I not been sitting there watching the entire time I would never have known I was getting scammed .

I was not disappointed. I waited about five minutes after which I was brought into the service bay and the oil change began. The service was prompt. The staff were knowledgable and courteous, and I have nothing but good things to say about Simran, Bhanu, and Robin. They were friendly and helpful in pointing out areas where my tundra truck was behind in its maintenance schedule, but they were not pushy. And when I used the online coupon in payment, the cost was Just slightly less than what I have been paying at my local family owned garage for the same service. Once the service was completed and the invoice paid I received an email which included a coupon for my next oil change. All in all an excellent first experience with the great Canadian oil change.

Anyways the staff are great, first name basis, helps that I am a US Marine Corps retired, long story. The staff took care of me, let me wait inside, very good service for sure! They laid on top of my 2015 Cadillac CTS and cracked the PCV lines under it, this caused a snowball…read moreof issues, so I kept going back, finally after 2 months they replaced $940 worth of PCV lines with labour, but the damage was done! They still had the rough idle, engine light, Trac light, and they call Dec 22nd to say cyl #1 had 50psi and I need a new motor!! Justin doesn't call, he has Taylor call, he says I found a used engine with 117,000kms and I've gone high on possible parts, $10,000! I'm a former Paramedic who was hit while working an accident on the 401 and left disabled, plus I take care of my 89yr old Mother so I need my car! I just had it inspected in Sept at Peter Smith and it was perfect, never even down on oil after 5000kms. So, as much as I wanted to have the car sent to the dealer to check out the damage TireCraft Belleville did and have them pay for it, I said go ahead and replace the engine. Never heard anything for 2 weeks, then Taylor called to say the motor Woods sent them was down a cylinder, and at no extra cost to me they have another one coming, but they will check compression before installing it! A month since they ruined my car Taylor calls to say it's ready to go, $10,450.00. They had to replace the transmission line. Of course I just had the line replaced at Peter Smith for $1600 so they obviously damaged it and added it on to my bill. So, I go down to get it, No Justin, and Taylor tells me the motor they put in is a 2014, and it has 200,000kms on it! I only drive 10.000kms a year, and now the motor has 11,000kms more than my perfect motor they ruined! Oh, but I have 90 days warranty he says, what a LIAR! Went from $10,000 for a 2015 with 117,000 kms to 2014 with 200,000kms! So, now when I start it it smokes black soot, it's burning 20litres per 100kms, it's down a litre or more in just 600kms of driving, compared to 11 litres per 100kms with the motor they ruined, and zero oil used in 5000kms! Justin was supposed to call me last Monday at 8am and I waited until noon, no call! His wife Shelby did call about my post on FB, but as much as I appreciate her call, the call from Justin regarding the issues with this piece of crap motor didn't happen. Now, I have until March 22nd and the warranty is done, and I'm out a $20,000 car and a $10,000 dollar piece of crap motor they stuck me with to worry about everyday! They are okay with tires, but make sure they show you parts, photos for PROOF! PLEASE don't let them mess with your pride and joy vehicle, that you treasure, and take great care of, because they don't CARE About it, or YOU!

Paid $819 for back breaks and one tie rod. Thats outrageous, I should have gone somewhere else!! I should have stuck with the dealerahip as I havent had any issues with their work! TireCraft had an 18 yr old driving my car to pick me up and drop me off. The next day after brakes done I could hear a grinding noise in my front end. Sent a msg through Facebook and they did acknowledge me on Sunday and did do another wheel alignment on Sunday. (Two days after the first alignment)The problem with this is that they should HAVE NEVER GIVEN MY CAR BACK TO ME IN THIS STATE! I drove Friday night, all day Saturday and part of Sunday with my front, left side grinding on something as I have no other car. Fast fwd to today I'm cleaning my front window, now my dash is big and difficult to reach the edge at window and I don't clean it everyday, but often. If i scoot fwd to edge of seat i can see the edge of the dash. (Cadillac srx) i see two breaks (right in half on either side of a center bolt and a large crack.) My dash is in two parts, a small part closest to window, where the two breaks are) I can say for certain that THIS DAMAGE WAS NOT THERE PRIOR TO GOING INTO TIRECRAFT GARAGE!!!!I reported this to the owner. They are blaming the dash being broken on the heat, this is not from heat! My car has spent 99% of its life in a garage. The owner went as far as to google heat cracks and sent me photos to make me believe that my broken dash was from the heat. Wires run all through the smaller part of my dash that connect to the air bag, but they claim the one they fixed was under my seat! They are saying that they aren't responsible for any of the dash breakage, but it wasn't like this prior to going into their garage to have work done. UPDATE: It has been confirmed that someone tried to take the smaller part of my dash off!! It wasn't me and it hasn't been anywhere else and no one has had any cause to do any kind of work there until my air bag light was on.
