They have all the equipment to reconfigure the hill but also experience to guide our decision making. We decided on three tiers or terraces. Weather only stopped them when it would have been worse to work on the hill than not. Rain, snow (not yet) but November weather didn't stop the progress. We are so happy with the outcome.
