Unfortunately in 2017 we learned of a problem with the community septic system in the subdivision. The issue was created by the subdivision developer and not by Andy or Med City Builders. Andy worked with us to correct the problem even though he didn't have to. It became apparent his reputation is important to him and he wants his customers to be happy before and after the sale.
