Mary and Peter -- a Dynamic Duo for sure when it comes to Carpet Cleaning. I would give them 10 Stars! They arrived on time - are very friendly - gave me some great advice on a couple of things issues with my carpet and then got busy. As Peter cleaned my carpets, Mary followed behind and washed down all of my baseboards, hand banisters, a couple of my scatter rugs (even the one in the garage) and surrounding floor areas. I've never seen 2 people work so hard and i would highly recommend them. After watching Mary i tried to convince her to let me hire her to clean my house for me - she very politely declined as she wants to help her hubby Peter - but she did give me the card of her friend who she highly recommends (Thanks Mary!) I researched carpet cleaning companies in Surrey. I was the estate executor and needed to clean the badly abused carpet in a friends home who had passed away. I was convinced that the carpets were beyond repair. This company not only saved the carpet but it came up looking nearly new! Peter's Steam Carpet Cleaning came to my home and they were AMAZING. They were on time and worked very efficiently and quickly. Peter and his wife cleaned all the carpets in our rental suite. There was a ton of pet/cat stains and the carpets looked brand new when they were done. I asked if they could come upstairs to our suite and take a look at a small area on our daughters carpet. She had mascara & dark hair dye on her carpet that I couldn't remove. They only charged a small fee and cleaned her entire carpet around her furniture, which hadn't even been negotiated, and removed all the make up stains and almost all of the hair dye stains on her cream coloured carpet. I first got Peter and his wife to clean my home one year ago. When they finished the job of carpet cleaning, I was so pleased at the results. My carpets were so clean after their visit to my home. I just recently got them to come back this year, and I got the same results. They gave me a great price for the carpet cleaning. They also showed me the water and all the dirt they pulled up. I'm so happy I found Peter & Mary! I used them for my house in North Delta for years and was very happy. I moved to an apartment North Vancouver and didn't feel it was fair to call them because I'm so far away and just in a little apartment. After having my carpets done by a local team and given my daughters upcoming wedding I no longer care! Just had this wonderful (literal) mom & pop cleaner come by to clean our stairs and couldn't be happier. Extremely courteous, professional and FAST! Excellent communication to confirm appt. time and ETA. They were running a bit late because of traffic and effectively communicated that so we were never in the dark as to where they were. After having cleaned the smelly carpet on the stairs, we also had two little floor mats that were quite dirty and they cleaned it as a bonus without any extra charges. Peter and Mary just left my house, they first came on the weekend to do one level and I had them back today to do the next floor. I am just thrilled with the miracle they made happen. My carpets were badly stained and in one room they removed dye that had bled into the carpet! Carpets look absolutely fantastic. Peter and Mary did my place yesterday and I am more than pleased. Mary was a dervish, moving furniture, cleaning baseboards and all sorts of extras I hadn't expected. Peter did his work with the hoses, etc and all done in 2 hours. They included the living room area rug for $20.
