I wrote a previous review about my experience here and just thought I would review another service here - their massage. The room - UGH they used sheets that looked like they were purchased from Good Will - just a mish mash. The bed wasnt heated, I am just used to a warm cozy environment and the sheets smelled like maybe someone was there before - just didnt smell clean. There is also a laundry basket of dirty linens in the massage rooms, I thought I was seeing things as I passed one room - nope there was one in mine too. You can hear everything going on outside of the room. She also played instrumental versions of pop songs - not very relaxing. I commented on it and she said "I like it, I don't like spa music so I play this" Which we talked the whole time so it was fine. She didn't use alot of lotion so there were times when she was just massaging skin on skin. The room didn't smell nice. She was a good masseuse, I cant complain about that. Again, we did talk just about the whole time - she's a sweetheart other than she curses a-lot. I feel bad to say one negative thing about her because she was a doll but my job here is to give you the info and if that would bother you then don't get a massage here. Again, she was a nice person and the massage was good. When I left, the only person around was the receptionist - no masseuse asking how I feel, no water being offered... nothing but a semi dark biz with the reception waiting for me to head out so they could have lunch. Just not a great experience. I have been to many chiropractic offices who offer massage and this is the least professional. I came home and called a new chiro who I know also offers massage - it will be a bit of a drive but I hear they are worth it. My last chiro appointment was weeks ago and I am still in pain from the adjustment and just cannot imagine seeing him again either. I ended up getting an MRI and found out that I have arthritis in my tail bone, I mentioned to him that it may be broken and he adjusted me like it was any other adjustment and now I know why it was aggravated. Also know if you have insurance, they will ask you to pay out of pocket and your insurance co reimburse you or they put the money on your account when paid by the insurance company read more

Since I was blown up in Afghanistan in 2010 I have been to many different chiropractors. I have had some great ones but none have come close to Dr. Peters. A great and thorough exam and best adjustment of my life. He has a lot of great videos to help for home care. read more

Total scam. He will give you a 100-point exam and you will fail 90 of them he is rude obnoxious and aggressive.

Great chiropractor who is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. His positive attitude is infectious and how you feel after he has worked is worth the price of admission. Dr. Peters was one of the first health professionals that advocated for me. I was 3 years into hip pain and could not find the cause after seeing multiple MDs (GP and Orthopedic). I began seeing Dr. Peters and he went above ang beyond to help me get an MRI of my hip to diagnose a torn labrum and bone spurs in my hip. I found a specialist to do the surgery and have been pain free in my hip! I'll continue to see Dr. Peters for overall wellness in the future! The office also has very talented chiropractic massage specialists. Trish is my favourite! She is extremely knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system and as a result is able to target yout exact pain locations and work them out. It is far from a relaxing day at the spa in the best way possible! I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. read more

I had been in intense pain for over a year and followed up from a friends recommendation with Dr Peters Wellness. Can't believe the immediate relief within the first two appointments. He is very attentive to my personal needs and and the thorough work up he provided on initial visit. I wish I had used his services before surgery, injections and countless Dr. appointments with minimal relief first. I enjoy going to my appointments, with the friendly atmosphere provided as well as the pain relief I receive. I rarely leave a review, but felt compelled to share this great experience and hopefully help others to get some pain relief. After searching for a new Chiropractor for some time, I finally came across Peters Wellness Center. I was able to get in same day and received exceptional customer service. Once evaluated, I felt as if all my concerns were heard and a series of test were conducted to find the best treatment plan right for me. Today was my first day seeing Dr Peters and was a little nervous, but I can confidently say after my exam and adjustment I would highly recommend coming to his practice. I highly do not recommend coming here. I never had problems with my neck in my entire life until I was adjusted by Dr.Peters. I came in looking to fix problems with my sciatica. He gave me some sort of full body examination, and I scored very low. After that, he was telling me how I needed xrays ASAP, maybe even an MRI. He then continued to give me a full body adjustment... I was shocked he still wanted to do a full body adjustment that day after he made it clearly known I have many more problem areas than just my legs/lower back... Days after my adjustment my upper body felt paralyzed, and I've had shooting migraines ever since. I tried contacting them several times, but there's really no point. The appointment felt more about the money than anything. I suggest finding somewhere else that actually cares about their patients needs & overall well-being. read more

Today was my first visit to Peters Wellness Chiropractic and I was totally impressed. When I arrived, Jackie, at the front desk, made me feel very comfortable. Dr Peters was extremely professional and friendly. He really knows his craft! He asked many questions while he performed a very thorough baseline exam. And he listened with a caring attitude. I came to visit Dr. Peters due to an auto accident in 2010. I have had various lower back issues since that time, sometimes being in excruciating pain. Dr. P has always given me hope and made me feel better, both mentally & physically. He is knowledgeable and possesses a great demeanor. I am very comfortable telling him whatever is ailing me. Dr. Peters is one of the better chiropractors I have been with, and I have been to three other chiropractors before him; few of which listened to me. He is very thorough in his exams and has always taken the time to answer my questions, help me when I have a problem and make sure that my overall health is in the right order. Not many chiropractors or doctors will do that. He listens to his patients and what they have to say instead of just telling them what they need to do. It is a great cooperative doctor-patient relationship. His office has an open design. I really enjoy that because there is a great sense of transparency. I hear what he tells other patients and it is in line with the things he tells me. He does have a private office for one-on-one consultations in the beginning or if you have something private you need to discuss with him. If you don't like an open office design style, then this might not be the place for you. For me, however, it works perfectly! read more

dr peters is the absolute BEST chiropractor I have ever been to! initially met him thru the SW valley chamber and was very impressed by his knowledge and demonstrations. when I decided to start going to a chiropractor again in August 2012 (have been to probably 8-10 different chiropractors thru the years) due to almost constant pain in my neck and lower back, I failed all but a few of the 50+ points dr peters tested during my first visit. I started feeling relief right away and then realized my 15 yr old daughter might benefit from chiropractics as well. she was developing a hump on her back, partly due to poor posture. however, her X-rays showed she had more problems than that, and we learned she was also often in pain. while it wasn't cheap, dr peters and his wonderful assistant, Daniel, worked out an interest free payment plan for us, and have always been very kind and flexible. after going to dr peters regularly for over a year, we are rarely in pain, and are so appreciative of dr peters care and commitment to our health, which is worth much more than the price we paid - you don't realize how much pain you are in until it's gone! dr peters style of manipulation is impressive, he uses kinesiology to test what areas need to be worked rather than just doing the same thing to each patient each time, like many chiropractors. while initially it was strange to not be in a private room, their system works very well. I feel dr peters' techniques are more pleasant/comfortable and effective than others I have been to. and you can't beat his fantastic attitude and memory!!! we actually look forward to our appts! Great service by everyone in the office. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Dr. Peters is very patient and explains everything that he is looking at and what work I may need. One thing that has helped me tons is the foam roller that he suggested I should use. I went in with lower back pain to the point that it was hard for me to sit and then try to get back up. With his treatment and the use of the foam roller I am doing so much better. I have only been in about 2 weeks now and that roller is just awesome. I use it every night for a few minutes or when I feel my back getting tight. It hurts like heck at first as my muscles are tense, but instantly I can feel my back snap crackle and pop just giving me instant relief. Once I get off from it I just feel so much better. But from the moment I met Dr Peters and his staff,I felt comfortable enough to give them a chance to straighten up my back and neck. Being a former patient, I always felt as though he listened to what my health concerns were, and addressed them so that I felt a noticeable difference in my overall health.
