I visited this office a few times for adjustments and a massage. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. During one visit, a different female doctor came in unexpectedly and applied far too much pressure, which made me very uncomfortable. I originally thought I would be seeing the same doctor from my consultation, but that wasn't the case. A few weeks later, I returned for a massage, and the therapist seemed noticeably unenthusiastic throughout the session. When it ended, she simply told me to head to the front where "the girls will take care of you," which felt dismissive. Overall, the quality of care and professionalism just wasn't there. I went in as a new patient to the Avondale location last week they charged me 56 for insurance co pay I later called my insurance they said I would only be paying 15 co pay this company never let me know they'd refund my money that I payed if I didn't let them know they would've never told me. Another reason I don't recommend this place is because while I was at my appointment another person was with front desk asking to speak to the Supervisor Mariah the front desk girl got up to tell the Supervisor that a patient wanted to speak with her she told the worker to tell the patient that shes not there she went into her office closed her door and closed her blinds I couldnt believe how unprofessional she is and how unprofessional she talks as well "bruh" "my bad" this all happened as I was standing with check out guy and the way the "Supervisor" talks to all the assistants is so rude and hostile, Anyways this is the worst Chiropractor I've been to managers and supervisors need to be replaced it seems like they don't care for patient quality at all they just want your money I do not recommend this place do not come here unless you want to be scammed and get poor quality treatment. read more

DONT GO HERE!!!! Unless you're a walk in paying full price There's about 5 people working the front desk and rooming patients! 3 of us made appointments for adjustments and acupuncture. Showed up early and they took our copay. still waited over 30 minutes to be called back. Then waited in the rooms another 30 minutes. Meanwhile there are other people who get there as walk ins (no appointments), and paying out of pocket who upon payment, go back, get roomed and walk out literally minutes later. We thought it was a one time deal, maybe they were under staffed. Bad day. Who knows. We book AGAIN for the following week (minus one inpatient person) SAME THING except, this time they FORGOT we we roomed! We waited AN HOUR from the time we got there til the time they walked into our room where we were waiting to be adjusted. Then the lady who came in says "I'll be right with you" and leaves.... GO TO ADJUST THE WALK IN IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR!!!! We asked for our copay to be refunded and left! They don't apologize. They don't try to offer to waive a copay for the inconvenience. My attorney recommended coming here and even though it gets very busy at times they still make sure you feel as though your their #1 patient. I found GYC through my insurance as an in-network provider. I went in knowing nothing about this practice. After a very effective adjustment by Dr. Fininis, I got my husband to go in the next day. He had the same fantastic experience. She calls herself a "no frills chiropractor" and I would say that is correct. She comes in, evaluates you, tells you what she is going to do and how it might feel for you and does a very effective adjustment manually then follows up with the activator. I experienced great relief and so did my husband. We both scheduled follow up appointments in a couple weeks. By the way, we have been seeing chiropractors for 30 years in the 4 states we've lived in and Dr. Fininis is right at the top of the list. read more

Well the two chiropractors I've seen are great but made my next appointment for next year and was told that there was a $20 charge for an New Year Evaluation. I called and was told it was in the original contract and that it was for their insurance records. I've been going to a chiropractor in WA for many years and never once had to pay them a cent as I go in for maintenance and pay cash. I guess my WA chiropractor valued my monthly fee and business plus referrals then to stick me with an "evaluation fee". Apparently paying $115 a month they still want to stick you with the $20 fee. What a joke and ripoff. Seems they want to pay their Christmas shopping credit bill off and I asked for a credit but they do not give them for the monthly plan. Know what you're getting into on the small print. My bad is that I didn't catch it as I was used to going to a Chiropractor that valued me more for my business and referrals then a cheap $20 hit. Nothing wrong with doing the evaluation but be a service orientated business then a nickle and dime service. I've have my own business and it would be like charging my clients for every single copy I run off or other miscellaneous items to nickle and dime them. Over all rating the two chiropractors that I use are a 5 but BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IS A 1 AT BEST. Their response: Hi Greg, I'm sorry to hear you're upset about the $20 re-evaluation exam fee. Our intention is to not nickel and dime our patients. The State of Arizona scope of practice requires periodic re-exams as part of standard care. Depending on the type of coverage the patient has or doesn't have, i.e., insurance or no insurance, we are required to do this monthly or annually. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. And my reply: Eric, So, they may require a box be checked but you're making a management decision to charge a client instead of sucking it up. Yep, that is nickel and dime no mater what you may believe. Even the staff I've talked agree. So for a $1.67/month you're willing to risk losing a patient and what I put on Yelp reviews. I will finish out and pay your $20 fee which for a $1.67/month you just are going to lose a $115 a month plus whoever reads my yelp review and I'll just get a new chiropractor. Continuing saga. Greg, It's more than checking a box. There is an entire re-examination documentation process we are required to follow by the State of Arizona. I used to take my infant to chiropractor solutions and I feel like here they actually treated my daughter. I called in looking for an apt assuming they wouldn't take my daughter in until a couple of days. They took her in right away. From the moment I called in the staff was extremely nice. We ended up booking 3 apts for the same day. For myself, my daughter and husband. They were all so caring. The medical assistant took his time. The doctor was extremely patient and kind. She walked me through the whole process with my daughter and welcomed question. At first glance this place is a bit over whelming. You all gave them such rave reviews which makes me scratch my head just a bit. Do I feel better? Yes. Do I feel I received great care as a first visit? no. I just have to be honest - Its so noisy that I had to ask if there were private rooms. It sounds like a restaurant. They call you back and you meet with a person who takes your temperature (??? To see a chiro???) Let me be clear - I have been seeing chiropractors for 43 years and never has my temp been taken) I asked why he said "so we know if you're going to pass out" FROM A TEMP? UGHHHHH.... Then the Chiro came in who was big and sloppy (when I think chiro, I think clean, healthy, wellness, professional ) I told him what is going on with me - he was shaking his head the whole time ( probably didn't even realize that he was doing it ) - I told him that I need sports tape to hold my rib. He didn't want to put sports tape on my rib - which helps to hold my rib in place. I said "the guy who took my temp said it wouldn't be an issue. He looked at the assistant in the room who nodded and said "Yes, he is getting it for you" . So he did. I explained I needed a particular head adjustment - He didn't want to adjust a certain area of my head because of some concerns I mentioned - his attitude was like "well, I will do it but I don't know if I wont hurt you". I said "both of my chiros back home have no issue making this particular adjustment" Then, I had to ask, does someone else need to adjust me? Again, he did it and there were no issues. So, he literally adjusted what I mentioned was wrong with me - didn't check me to see if those things needed adjusting, didn't do an over check to see if anything else was out or needed some TLC. There was no exam of any kind. This place is not great. This is what I figured out - they are a place for people who use insurance - People were being cattled in for adjustments and massages - I couldn't believe how many people were getting massages. They charged me $100.00 for this nonsense of a visit stating All initial exams are $100.00 - FOR WHAT? I told you what was wrong and you ONLY went with that. It seems a bit questionable which is why I think that if I used insurance it may have gone differently. I read people raving about the front desk staff - I over heard one of the girls talking crap about a patient. Just turned me off. I will never go back - Basically cost me $100.00 for what my husband could have done for me with a little direction. Back to looking for a Chiro that actually cares - This is now #2 read more

I'm so glad to have found Goodyear Chiropractic after we moved to Arizona from California! I have this area in my mid back that gets really tight sometimes and can be very painful. I saw Dr Pyle last week and it's amazing how much relief I get from the adjustment. I like the adapter, and though it looks and seems like it wouldn't work, it really does. So far my experiences here have been great and I'm really happy I chose them to get treatment. I have been going to Dr. Robbins and he has been helping me get better. He has been really friendly. Just after the first visit of treatment and adjustment my pain went from intolerable to manageable. Every time I come back from seeing Dr. Robbins my pain lessens. I have my sciatic nerve being pinched by my lower vertebrae which is why I started coming here. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either. I get flare ups almost yearly. I went here on the 4 day of my pain and honestly wish I came sooner. Next time I won't wait and will go straight here lol. I am a newer patient of this clinic. I don't have any injuries and only go for massages with Luz. I have had multiple issues with the front office and billing. Front office was not paying attention and I forgot that I was an automatic plan and yet they charge me during one of the visits I purchased the three month plan. A manager looked at my account and told me about the extra payment. Somehow this now credit was entered with the wrong year I had to call multiple times to the billing department to fix it only to find out my credit was reduced from $70 to $13. After review of my account and found out that staff placed a CBD oil charge on my account that I have never purchased. if it wasn't because of the great massages I would never return here again. I was supposed to be relaxed and yet I was more worried about front office not understanding what I meant about wanting an appointment in a month and attempted try to schedule me a week later for the last three months. it's too much. read more

Today I went and had a massage by Luis. It was AMAZING! I loved the fact that they take safety precautions and he made me feel very comfortable. When we entered the room he gave me a visual on himself of what he would be performing on me based on my problem areas. He applied just the right amount of pressure and made sure to ask if it was too much during the massage. The technique he used I felt really helped remove the knots and tight areas I was experiencing. I might've dozed off a couple of time LOL. I highly recommend anyone reading this to book with Luis. I give these Doctors 5 stars as they are extremely effective and know their craft. I was suffering from lower back pain for over a week. A friend recommended them. Dr Legg diagnosed my pelvic was out of alignment. He made adjustments and my pain was relieved within three days. I was completely mobile and fully functioning pain free after a week. I now try to attend for regular adjustments. The therapy tables are magnificent. They will apply heat or ice while undergoing electronic massages. read more

Visited this location twice and going for my third today. I have horrible back problems and they've been wonderful throughout the experience. I am doing my best to make sure that I remain upright the rest of my life. I will continue to visit this clinic to make sure it happens. I have not tried the massage services, but I plan to soon. Since this update, I have tried the massage services and they are nice. I prefer deep tissue massage and I'm not certain I received that, but I that could be due to my lack of speaking up. I'll have to try the service again and specifically as for deep tissue. I have seen Dr. Legg and Dr. Kristen, both are excellent and appear to care about their patients. If you're on the west side this is definitely the best clinic for your back. My daughter also visit this clinic and loves it. She's a dancer who experiences the occasional injury. I had a really bad kink in my neck making sleep painful. The office staff got me in the same day I called!! The staff were warm and friendly that visit, and every phone call and visit since. I've been in 2 times a week for 3 weeks and am so impressed with the whole practice. I have a routine now. I go in for 'therapy', aka tensette (electrical stimulation) to warm up the areas that are bothering me. Staff monitor me (and others getting therapy) through this part of the session. Afterwards, I go in and see my chiropractor who gives me an adjustment. I have to mention how much I love how cheerful the reception is. They are always friendly, understanding and professional and have been very accommodating with my schedule. First visit takes awhile since there are several pages of paperwork to fill in. Subsequent visits I'm in and out within 30-40 mins. I've seen 2 chiropractors: Dr Legg and Dr. Christy (spelling). Dr. Christy is a backup when one of the Chiropractors is out of the office. After seeing the different styles, I can honestly say I think it's a great idea to see different Dr.s within this office for different approaches they use. After following Dr. Legg's recommendations and regular visits for 3 weeks, my neck is starting to feel much better. I really like the explanations of various work they are doing for me. Dr. Legg went over my x-rays and explained why I hurt so much and what his plan was. I really liked his approach and results I'm seeing. I've seen some negative comments, but would say they are from people who have never had chiropractics. Yes, I am sore after an adjustment, but it only lasts a few hours then I start noticing how much better my neck is. If you are in pain, they will set you on the road to feeling better. read more

Dr. Woolf's assistant is extremely rude. You ask questions and she bites your head off. On my first visit she argued with me over my history and instead of asking questions to gain a better understanding she kept snapping at me and then told me how it was going to be. Then she changed my documentation to reflect what she wanted. She never smiles, says good morning, or remotely makes you feel welcome. Dr. Woolf can be standing right next to her when she is being rude to the patient, he doesn't say anything to her, just allows her to behave negatively towards patients. I went and got a second opinion from my medical physician and because of this I was chewed out by Dr. Woolfs assistant and then lectures by Dr. Woolf about how my body isn't going to heal when I want it too. When all I did was follow up with my doctor who referred me to more than just chiropractic care. I'm tired of being treated as if I'm stepping on peoples toes by asking questions about my care. I'm the patient, this is my life and I'm the one in pain. Of course I want to know what is happening with my treatment plan. Is that really so bad? read more
