I called around to several shops at home for quotes and they wanted to charge close to $2k to replace the parts, which I knew was way too expensive. My family lives in Clarksville and highly recommended Murders (and their quote was over $1k cheaper than what my local shops wanted to charge me!) so I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and drove in to Clarksville from OKC. It was a great experience all around! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and we reviewed the work I needed done again, and they let me know that they'd take a couple of extra hours after they'd finished replacing the parts to run the car in the shop and drive it around to make sure that everything worked fine. I thought it was awesome that they were taking the time to double check the work, that was a great reassurance for me since it was such a big job. I picked it up and drove it back home to Oklahoma the same day, and it runs perfectly! I'm very glad to have gotten in to a place that does great work for honest prices. Highly recommend to anyone, local or not, thats looking for a good mechanic!

I sat in their waiting…read moreroom from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a front-end alignment, just for this to be what I came home to.They completely destroyed the bellow boots on a brand-new, $300 rack and pinion assembly I had just installed, exposing the new steering gear to road debris and moisture. All they had to do was remove the metal keeper band on the tie rod end of the boot before adjusting it. Instead, they skipped this basic step during the 6 hours they had my truck, twisting and shredding the new rubber.When I called them out on it, they flat-out lied and claimed the boots were already destroyed when I got there--which is impossible since the parts were pristine. Murders Automotive will MURDER your vehicle, ruin critical steering safety components, and then try to blame it on you. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and absolutely disgusting workmanship.

The company that installed the new tire told us that we had a slightly bent rim, but should be fine to go camping. Fast forward over 400 miles later we had a brand new tire that didn't hold air for longer than 4 hours... thank God for this company and group of men! They knew our situation and did what they could to make the rim work so that the tire would hold air again.. They could have told us $200 to fix it and I would have paid it because we didn't have any other options, but they didn't say that. They put in about 30 mins of work and charged is $15!! I tried to get him to charge me more, however he wasn't hearing it. I can't say it enough... if you need work done and you're not from around there, worry not, these guys will take great care of you without draining your bank! I was helped by Danny , who was really respectful and helpful. I drove up from Dallas to get a particular truck that I came across on Autotrader. I was cautious, because driving 5 hours to the dealership gives you the disadvantage during negotiations. Regardless, Danny stuck to the previously agreed-upon deal (without any ambiguous fees or up-sale tactics), and I left with a new car that day. Their mechanic was competent and answered all my questions (I double checked what he said later on with a private mechanic as well). This dealership has an impressive lot, too. I believe they source unique cars within a large area. Definitely worth a walk around if you're looking for something.
