Jerry met me at the front of the store--with a smile--to check me in and to give me a "waiting time" for me to be helped by a technician. He also quickly looked over the phone and said that it looked like just some cracks in the screen protector; I was super-happy at this quick diagnosis and this good news. When it was my turn, Jerry quickly replaced the screen protector (with a charge for just the cost of the screen protector!), and sent me on my way. I was out of the store well within an hour.
