After walking the yard with us, we received a highly detailed quote of the work ahead (both drawings and written details). This was enough to give us confidence to move forward and schedule with Paul. Every step of the way leading up to the scheduled work date, Paul kept me informed and kept in the loop which I really appreciated. Paul also was able to adhere to what our HOA guidelines asked for, so that there was no risk to the job performed. He was also able to modify the quote based on a shared fence line with a neighbor, bringing the price down a bit more while still providing a good section of fence to be replaced for confidence.
