I am happy to find another great garage repair company in town. When your garage is broken give them a ring, you will be certain to have someone at your door at the soonest available time. My jackshaft garage door was having problems with a disconnected cable, he was straight forward and honest with the problem, fixed it and the door is opening and closing smooth as can be. The worse time this could happen at 6pm on a Friday night before Burning man weekend, I call them and ask when they can come. They say after hour option for a small surcharge, or Sat 8am for the standard no service call fee, just pay for the cost for repair. Choose the Sat option since I could wait for less than 24 hours, and bam, exactly 8am Johnny the owner himself was here! Will keep him on my emergency numbers from now on. The price is also very competitive and reasonable. Forget those large companies that just send you a rookie, or someone they themselves don't know very well to repair your garage door just to get a commission or dollar on top of what they pay their workers per hour. Go with the guys who are always hands on!

The new tech diagnosed it as bad wiring in the wall and ceiling. He replaced the wiring and everything has been fine since. We spent $1,299 on the new opener when all we needed was new wiring. I called and got the runaround and was told the owner would get back to me. That never happened. I cannot recommend this company at all. They are tied to A+ Garage Doors out of Utah.

He reassured us that he would be heading of Sacramento for the holiday weekend and would pick up the parts he needed. He also mentioned he would give us tips on how we could take care of lubricating the garage door and joints to keep it maintained. Devon returned after the holiday weekend and quickly replaced the spring and made adjustments to the tracks and checked the bolts. Took him half an hour to get the repair and maintenance done. Walked me through where I would need to lubricate if I wanted to take care of it myself in the future. Asked to put us on their reminder schedule for next year's maintenance. Shoutout to Eric for helping me solve my garage door issues and being a true professional…read more Our garage has been under siege by rodents for the last year. They chewed their way through the bottom seal inside access to the garage and have just made themselves all too comfortable. They even found a way to get into one of the cars parked in there and that's where we drew the line. Seeing as we needed a new seal for the bottom of the door, I checked out yelp and found Discount Garage Doors who coincidentally was also referred by a friend. After asking, nearly every garage door, professional in town about rodent proofing the garage, and finding out that none of them provide this type of service I took it upon myself to install a specific bottom seal for the door that is intended to deter rodents due to it being filled with steel wool. After the install, I realized that my door would not close fully leaving gaps between the seal and the concrete floor so I reached out to Eric for help. He answered a lot of basic questions via text, then we jumped on the phone to discuss a few scenarios, then he asked for photos, and when that wasn't clear enough, he agreed to just come out to take a look. Eric hopped up on the ladder and made a few adjustments to the door that did help get the bottom seal a bit closer to the ground, but ultimately we found the floor was a bit unlevel and that's why we couldn't achieve the goal of sealing it off. We discussed a few other potential solutions which I will be trying soon, but ultimately he helped me understand that this is not a problem that a garage door professional will be able to solve and did not charge me for the service call. I sincerely appreciate professionals like this who are there to serve and support their clients, not just get paid. Thank you Eric. I'll be sure to refer you to others in the future.
