Then last week , I got notice that the final accounting was not completed . We called the court , "you had a lawyer file the estate , The lawyer has to be the one to file the final accounting . If the accounting was not filed in twenty days of when i signed for the letter , the court would issue a bench warrant !! So finally after several calls , we got a new paralegal to file . Oh by the way they paid the 73.00 fee ,to file the needed paperwork Then we get an email YOU NEED TO SEND US A CHECK ! please refund some of the money you charged me to file the Estate , there is not enough space here to list the numerous errors you all made and the money I spent in getting the wrong forms notarized and sending the original will to the courthouse . She verbally belittled my mother to her face, and then took credit for finding our house, when all she did was the paper work to push the sale through! I was the one who did all the research, went out to look at the places before calling her, and tried not to waste her precious time. She did not even read the HUD1 before she gave it to us the night before closing, this is obvious because there were over $1,500 of erroneous charges on including a $1,350 charge for a termite treatment that was completely unnecessary as there was no active termite infestation. Not only did she talk my mom into dropping her price, she also talked her into accepting an offer that required her to make over $3,200 in repairs. But that is how Judy works, as long as she gets her 6% that she says is standard industry commission, she doesn't care who gets screwed over in the process. I wouldn't wish this idiot on my worst enemy.
