For $200 According to the invoice, the coils were cleaned. I asked them to come redo it because I can still see that it's not. They said, that coil cleaning isn't required during servicing and wanted an extra $325. Even tho... in the invoice is said they did it... and on the debrief that they gave me. I hired Hydro Kleen (5 stars for them). They inspected, serviced and cleaned EVERYTHING. I watches them clean the coils. The water was BLACK! The tech said this has never been cleaned. Any of it. Whatever E.T. "touched" was never cleaned. So E.T. what do your techs actually do? I requested my money back. Still waiting on a reply from a week ago.

Clearly out of touch with the residential side of their business…read more I was billed $500 for a tech to drive to my house (I live 45mins away) and remove 12 screws from the upper unit on my fridge. He did not do anything other than say "I think the main control board is the issue" and put the screws back in. The tech was onsite for maybe 30-40 mins I actually tracked down and ordered the part for the fridge, and install it myself. If your not a large company - STAY AWAY
