Brink has been delivering playground mulch and play sand for my daycare since 2010. They are…read morewonderful. If I call early they can usually deliver same day. The driver always unloads exactly where I ask him to and everyone is always very nice. I love that they are a family run business and that they always take the time to make sure my little friends can watch. (it is so exciting for them!) Their sand and wood chips are good quality and competitively priced. The delivery fee is worth the convenience for me, especially when I need several yards. The only down side is I can't order both at once as the truck can only hold 1 or the other. So I alternate every year.

Allegan Floral sent an arrangement to the funeral home, but reserved them for someone outside the family. This was done without consulting our family. It seems greatly unfair and highly unprofessional to place the burden of delivering funeral flowers to someone outside of our family and close friends while we are still grieving the loss of our loved one. The funeral home staff themselves were shocked & embarrassed by this unprofessional behavior. Funerals are difficult enough without added stress, and the lack of sensitivity and professionalism shown here was hurtful and completely unacceptable. We would not recommend this business to anyone seeking compassion and respect during such a vulnerable time.

Recently, I had a not so great experience with flowers I ordered through another shop for a funeral. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I got my money back in a timely fashion. I am forever grateful for her help! She has a real eye for floral design, and I love seeing the new things in the shop.
