Phoned and gave the front counter model and part number from the part i needed. All i got was that doesnt sound like a part we deal with. And all i got was what model is the stove what model is the stove. I took 5 seconds quickly did her job for her and cross refrenced the part on the internet gave her that part number and she was like oh, we can order one but we dont have one. If it was possible to give this company a negative star review it would be done. -10. The worst experience with a small local company we have deal with in Lethbridge. No desire to help or go any further then asking for a model number for parts, heaven forbid customer service leaving their desk to see if anything is available in the back or in stock. Asking for simple relay turned into the biggest task for the service desk. ABSOLUTELY ZERO regard to actually help customers. If the front desk/service is this atrocious i could only imagine the craftsmen ship of their actual technicians. Maybe the techs make up on the back end but unlikely... First & last experience with this company, have spoken with a few other people with the same experience with Petes Appliance. Save your time stress and money find a better local company ( which shouldnt be hard ) or go buy new, warranty is nice. read more

I called and booked an appointment on Tuesday, and they came out and fixed my washing machine on Wednesday afternoon. The repairperson had most of the parts in their truck already, and what they didn't have they went and got and finished up the job within an hour. They answered my call, they came out when they said they would, they did the job quickly and professionally - checked all the boxes. read more

Pete's appliance is the most unprofessional unreliable company i have ever dealt with. we called them for our dryer to take a look at it and they booked us for between 9 and noon one day so we waited around until 1 then called them and the the person answering the phone had no idea then called back later that day and a new person picked up and said they we not sure what happened. ok well mistakes happened so we re booked for early the next week waited around all morning again and nothing the we called and she said the person was there but no answer at the door which is impossible as we have a large dog that lets us know someone is there then after further in the conversation she said the address which was our old address and that where they went. we absolutely know during our first appointment request we gave the new address. the person on the phone was non apologetic and really didn't seem to care what so ever. it is shocking to me that a local business is so absolutely unprofessional read more

I can't recommend Pete's Appliance enough. Pete himself came and fixed our dishwasher. He is quick and knows what he is doing and he is so friendly. We had a bad experience a few years ago with another company and this was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!! read more
