I had earlier changed her battery, but her car still would not start. I found Russell's Auto Repair on Yelp and I drove to their facility. When I got there, I spoke to Michael and told him about the car troubles. He reassured me that he would take care of the car as quickly as possible so my daughter could be able to get back and forth to school and work. He recommended a towing company, and I got the car towed that morning. Shortly after they got my daughter's car, I got a call back from Michael letting me know the problem with it and the cost. Within three or four hours, they changed the starter and went over her vehicle for any other issues. The cost was very reasonable and the professionalism that Michael portrayed was well worth going there. Thank you again for getting us up and going in such a short time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would have any issues with their vehicle.

I know I needed brake pads soon as they were down to 1/16" so I left him a msg. the night before that I was going to the airport next week and would love to get them done before that long ride in traffic. he said he'd get it done before then. Yesterday around 4:45 he called me and asked what kind of car I had and I told him and asked how soon he could do it, He asked if I'd want to bring it to his house and said when. He said asap, I said I'll be there in 15 minutes. I pullled into his driveway and he had tools, a jack and a chair for me to sit on while he worked. He did it fast, checked under the hood, and showed me my battery needed to be replaced and he'd go with ne to get it. We went, he changed it and went back to his house and he checked it, alternator, etc., filled my resavoir with water and sprayed lube underneath where a bushing was squeaking. When I left there it felt like it was brand new and he even messaged me to make sure I got home ok. I will use him for anything that comes up as he's honest, reasonable, dedicated, through, does more than he has to or that's expected. He came over at 9 p.m. the first time I called him as my wife's AC "still wasn't working" after she paid another shop $400 to change the fan. It turns out she has a lot of stress with family members dying and just wasn't pushing the right buttons. He didn't want to take any money but I gave him some for his time. He could've ripped her off if he'd wanted to and she'd never known the difference. He's one in a million these days!

We decided that we would let Collision works repair the damages. Once the completed the work the car looked like new. After driving on the interstate some of the clips that hold the front cap came back loose so we had to bring it back for a second time. The time estimate was satisfactory considering the damage and basically it was done a head of time and the work was first class. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and they also worked with the car rental agency so I had something to drive while it was in the shop. My experience with this shop was excellent!
