The coaches are skilled and genuinely friendly and engaging, and you will push your limits, learning some real boxing along the way. The caution: Be wise. Stretch a full 15 minutes before class starts. Once class starts, there can be peer pressure to do everything coaches say, and to not feel like the weak link in games. Don't let that get you hurt! Be you. Take a break if you need one. I came and did the class and I was hooked in the first 20 minutes. After the class, I inquired for long term participation and signed up for 3x a week. They had a Christmas sale that was awesome, the class was really good and it pushed me to step out of my house and workout with other people other than me. After a week or so, I decided to upgrade my membership to the 5x a week because it's just that good! All of the coaches are super knowledgeable, motivating and I feel like I'm a part of a community which is the most important part. I am so happy to be a part of this club and I hope more of my friends join me in this fun journey! I can't wait to continue to learn new techniques! I was then told by the owner Alec that it was my fault for not calling after discovering I was continuing to be billed for the next two months. Attempting to get any refund had resulted in the owner actively ignoring calls and stating nothing can be done to help. Overall there are many other options in Orlando and I'd advise staying away unless you're committed to being treated wrong and paying for months that you do not attend in any way. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would solely based off of the customer service.

The class was at like 12 on a Thursday and ended roughly around 1 I think. Robert greeted us at the door, extremely friendly and encouraging. I signed a waiver. He helped me with my wraps, I brought my own gloves (they have ones you can purchase or borrow as well). Warm up was jump roping, jumping jacks, then a bob and weave exercise focused on technique. There was encouraging feedback throughout the class, we did combos with a partner that involved high kicks, jabs, hooks, etc. Then we did core work. I read another review that said the class is super tight knit and that is very true. I don't know if my experience would've been different had I not accompanied a long time member however I do know that I really enjoyed the vibe of the class, Robert and how challenging the workout was. A note: the doors are left open to invite in a breeze, so there's no AC. Be comfortable with pouring sweat- it lets out ALLL the toxins. I was very impressed to get a text from Robert thanking me for visiting the class and offering 20% off anything from the pro-shop. You can tell he runs this business with a lot of heart. He's super knowledgeable and very motivational. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely return!

Well, 2 months into this, my husbands credit card started getting charged the $99 a month unlimited charge (totaling 5 month). Max now refuses to refund the overcharge or even give it as a credit. I can no longer recommend a shady business such as Rock Hard Fitness. I have been coming here since the gym opened and will no longer be returning. STAY AWAY

They did not respond for weeks and then told me they were unable to cancel it and to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and they stated it was a local branch issue. Contacted my local branch 2 more times via email and they finally asked for proof of me moving, which I immediately provided. Now I am getting calls and emails from the billing department while they will not answer my emails after I have followed up twice. It sucks because I enjoyed working out there and used to recommend it to people all the time but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't ever join a different 9round because of this franchise.
