A few more people came in after us. Service was prompt, friendly, and extreme accommodating. My partner has an intolerance to gluten and they allowed us to sub out the affected items for ones that weren't. The portion was huge and left us both filled. As my partner put it, we've had worse Greek food for more money. Our meal was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Shrimp is so easy to over cook and make chewy but here it was done perfectly with that slight crunch. This will be a meal we think about for some time. We're just sad that we're not local to be able to enjoy Minos more often. Next time we're in Kamloops we'll be back.

Pork wasn't seasoned right to mask its smell. Even when I ate a potato, I can smell the pork from it. I didn't find it pleasant smelling pork while eating. Nothing to complain about shrimp and Calamari. Steak and Spaghetti came in good portion as well. Steak was tasty. Spaghetti itself was alright. Food could've been better for sure. Staff set about making my food really quickly and I received my meal in 3 minutes - it only took 2 minutes to deep fry the calamari because the timer was right there. He offered to make me a new one but by then I was full from the not-rings and salad, and wouldn't have finished a whole other portion. I just asked for a bottle of water and was good with that.
