Very Shocked at response from S&S Repair Services A little…read morehistory as up to this point, I would have had nothing but good things to say about S&S Repair service. They had gone above and beyond to turn around the repair of my F250 truck in a day's time with no issues. The level of service was beyond expectations at the time. A couple of weeks ago my wife started having intermittent engine codes and reduction of speed with her car. I spoke with Brian and brought the car into the shop which he was prompt with looking at it, deleting the old codes and test-driving it. At this time nothing was shown to be faulty, and he recommended driving it until the codes came back and bring it back into the shop. Well, the codes came back this past weekend and stayed with the reduction in power which only allowed for about 40mph. Sunday night my mother fell and broke her hip and has been in the hospital since Sunday night. With me going back and forth to Beaumont this has left my wife and 2 sons limited on transportation. Wednesday morning it worked out that I could follow her to S&S Repair shop to drop her car off to be looked at and then I headed back to Beaumont after dropping my wife off at Home. I spoke to Brian later that morning when he returned my call which he stated that they would get to it as soon as they could due to personnel issues at the time which I understood. I called Thursday evening in which they stated that they had not had a chance to look at it and would be looking at it Friday Morning. At 10:44 this morning I called to follow up on my wife's car and a lady answered the phone in which I asked about the status, and I heard Brian in the background state (I AM PUTTING THE #! &*#*#! CAR ON THE RACK NOW). I was literally shocked at what I had just heard. I told the lady on the phone that I was really disappointed in hearing what I had just heard and all she could say was That Brian has had a rough week and to Call the office Line number in the future. At any point in the last couple of months Brian could have asked for me to call the office number but this never seemed to be an issue. I have always supported local business but after hearing how the owner of a local business talked and acted like a customer was a pain in ass because he was having a bad week, he needs to consider the week his customers are having as well.

Then they said it would be a wait because they didn't have my air filter in stock. No problem. They park my car in the parking lot. A runner shows up with my air filter. I stand by and watch while he smokes a disgusting cigarette and changes my air filter. I watch him pull out my PERFECTLY CLEAN filter to replace it with this new filter that I needed. The filter they pulled out of my car WAS NOT the one I was shown previously. Now I don't know what kind of business you're running where you think because I'm a woman you can pull some wool over my eyes, but shame on you. Shame on your business. Customers trust you.
