When the manager came out, we were immediately spoken down to and given immense attitude. We hadn't said anything to her yet, and she was already speaking to us with extreme disrespect. My fiancé and I were perfectly fine with paying for the add on because we had already agreed to it, we just thought about it more and wanted to see if it was possible to take it off. If not, we would have happily paid for it and been on our way. Instead we left appalled at the audacity of the manager. We used my mother's account, who unbeknownst to me, is a Walmart member or whatever club thing they have. So the add on we had chosen for the tires were free anyway, but nobody told us that until the manager finally got a grip of herself and unclenched her jaw to tell us. I'm 20 years old and have never left any sort of negative review anywhere, but never in my life have I been spoken to with such disrespect. Neither my fiancé nor I were causing any problems or causing any type of fuss. We simply asked a question. At the end of the day, the work the guys outside did was great and time efficient. Next time, however, we will be sure to go somewhere else.

I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? Today I wanted to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told I had to get behind another customer that arrived after me to get my oil change then would have to drive around to the bay with the lift to get my tires rotated. After waiting and watching the two customers getting oil changes that arrived after me in the other bay get service. Got fed up and left. The last time I was here they said the lift was broken for a tire rotation, but the way the girl said it was more like they just did not want to do the job. Many times before: most the of the employees spend more time smoking cigarettes then actually working. I have had to stand out in the sun and even one time in the rain to get away from the smoke. This is unfortunate as this place is literally a half mile from where I live.

I advise anyone who values their vehicle to NOT use Grease Monkey for any and all vehicle…read moremaintenance. Our car lost 3 of the 4.6 quarts of oil in the engine due to incorrect installation of the o-ring on the oil filter cartridge (2016 Toyota Camry has a reusable cartridge but replaceable filter inside). The manager Blake Herrin came out and gave us a free oil change at the house but has refused to address the engine integrity. His superior Lawny Pile (area manager) has also neglected the issue. We received one phone call from Mr. Pile where concern for our engine integrity was voiced. We were told a call back would be in order but have since received no phone calls from Lawny Piles (that was over a month ago). Grease Monkey corporation does an equally excellent job avoid any and all questions when calling their corporate office and won't give you a name or number or even email. They record no case files or claims made by customers. They just pass it off as "we've sent an email to the person who handles this". I've spoken and recorded them many times, always the same ordeal. Which ends with them hanging up on their own customer. Long story short this corporation (Grease Monkey) is not a good choice for any kind of car maintenance. If your car is damaged by them Grease Monkey just says "oh well" and avoid the customer like the plague.
