I was absolutely amazed at the selection, the different colors available, the way they had exquisite displays, with the items that were used in the displays, right there in the same area to purchase. If I would not have gone back, I would have thought what some of the other reviewers posted. I would have continued to believe it was a waste of my time. Nope. Not at all. They likely need more attractive displays during non holiday seasons. In my case, not really much going on in mid-January so I had not been enticed to look around. I went in looking for pillows and canisters. Came out with pillows and a grudge I carried for three years. So, let me just encourage you to give them a FAIR chance, which I did not do. I am a human in the state of Ohio! . Lastly, the staff at the Erie, Pa store and the Mentor, Ohio store were just as friendly, kind, and helpful as could be. I will say that, since the store IS so large, it is not always easy to find someone to help you. But, when you do, they have been nothing but outstanding to me. I make an effort to be especially kind to retail workers. It is not a fun job, and I am sure they get their fair share of not so delightful confrontations.

When I started checking out, I noticed that he was watching a soccer game on the company IPad, and he was consistently giving attitude to me & my dad while we were waiting. We stood for 20 minutes at least while watching him get increasingly frustrated with the fact that something in the system wasn't working, and although multiple other associates walked by to check on him (including the manager), no one helped us until Nicole stepped in to take over (thank you to Nicole - she was the only good part of this). This was an utterly horrible shopping experience and I would highly discourage shopping here if this is the treatment we received for buying something as simple as an overpriced set of sheets.

The product was delivered after the 8 week production time with a nonfunctional base due to metal parts being bent. The handle to recline the back of the chair was also scratched and dented. Apparently, there is no inspection prior to sending customers their finished product because this would be been caught if so. We notified La-Z-Boy of the broken product and they made us schedule a "virtual inspection" with a third party person. This inspection wasn't done until a week after delivery. We then had to wait 2 more weeks for new parts to be shipped to our house, and the soonest we could schedule a return visit from a technician was 2 weeks after that. We called La-Z-Boy to discuss what happened and they never returned our phone call. Very poor customer service especially since we spent a lot of money on this broken product. This has been an awful experience and we will not buy a product from them again.

We thought buying a pool through a retailer and dealing with a salesman and professional installers would make our first pool buying experience hassle free. I was wrong. The salesman sold us the completely wrong heater (gas) after we clearly stated we needed electric and even discussed the hookup we would need. Once we saw the wrong heater was delivered we were told we'd have to pay an additional $800. Mind you this pool package was bought in October and has been paid in full. Fast forward to install. Had to call them numerous times to get delivery scheduled. Was told they tried to reach us. No calls were ever received. Now delivery day #1. Installers arrived late. Dug out everything then stated ground was too wet to install. Okay, no problem. That's Ohio weather and not their fault. Was told they'd get ahold of us first thing in the morning to reschedule. Waited until noon the next day never got a call. Finally CALLED THEM and was told install would be today. Delivery day #2. Was told the installers would be here between 8-9am. Then was told it would be closer to 11am due to a "mechanical issue." Here we are at noon with no installers, no phone call, and unable to get ahold of anyone. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Would've been easier to buy a pool online and install it ourselves for FAR cheaper.
