From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, which, if you've been searching for a new pup, you know is important and rare. They answered all of our questions, sent updates and pictures as Cosmo was aging to perfection, and made the transaction so easy. On the day we came to pick up our new baby, we were provided with detailed directions to their home, and instructions on what we should do upon arrival, paying close attention to safety precautions due to COVID-19. Once we arrived and met our new guy, Debbie's years of experience with dog breeding was apparent. She had all of our paperwork, lists of medications, supplies for our trip home, and went over everything with us to be sure we had no questions. Two days after bringing Cosmo home, he went to the veterinarian and they gave him a great bill of health, and also commended Ford's lil Paws for their thoroughness. I honestly feel like they go above and beyond to ensure the safety and cleanliness of their kennels, even giving newborns and their mothers a special place to bond. Amazing job, Ford's lil Paws! Although the people was still nice, the process of me adopting my second kitten wasn't as smooth and detailed as it used to be. I guess maybe they're understaffed or don't have much budget. I called vs booked online in order to avoid any confusion and I like that there wasn't a super strict drop-off or pick-up time. Our weekend was unique in that we had no idea how the schedule would play out (selling our house) and this was a nice perk. During Covid times, they came out to the car to leash him up and take him in. I checked in a few times on their webcam, and I don't know if they can get out from their contract with whoever provides it, but I'd recommend it. It's spotty at best, and difficult to navigate. We gave up because it didn't work. I did notice my little guy sleeping on the floor in the late evening, and we had requested a private room for him which he never received. I wasn't too upset about it, but did mention it to the staff. The manager called quickly and was honest about things (biz picking up as Covid eases, they didn't have one available, and their staff is very new) which I understand. All in all, I liked this spot. I was a tiny bit frustrated that he wasn't able to get what we requested, but at the end of the day it was OK. Oh and I also added a bath for him for just $10 (maybe $15, can't recall) which was so worth it.

They reached out the next day with all the finds and after several attempts , not one explanation as to why they can't be considered. These owners were not abusive, not banded, just panicked in the best I treat to their dog Bella. Just to be taken advantage of and used their dog to raise money. They are not who they say they are. My dog is wiggly and it takes 2 people to do it at home and is usually a stressful ordeal. Not only did she get him done in under 5 minutes, but she had expert precision and trimmed all of his claws evenly without cutting the quicks. She was also caring and soothing with my dog, making him relatively calm. This business has great care and skill. Lots of shaded parking, and many payment options. Will definitely become a repeat customer.
