The older lady behind the counter, put her head in both her hands and said "you men are ridiculous. You're supposed to call ahead." I didn't say anything, but was rather surprised, given the fact that I was willing to spend some money as a customer in their shop. The arrangements they did have were very nice, but a little pricey. I opted to go elsewhere.

During the workshop there were drinks and treats, they were fantastic. We learned how to form a small carry out bouquet of flowers, we learned the proper type of base to make the flowers look beautiful in the base. Most importantly we had a great time! I loved that we were able to not only learn how to arrange floors but I was so proud of take my creation home and share it with everyone. This was definitely a fun way to spend the morning.

We arrived at 11:00 a.m.--one hour before our ceremony--and nothing had been started. When we questioned this, the woman assisting us, who identified herself as the owner's daughter, said it would be at least another 20 minutes. We made it clear that would not work given our ceremony time, but our concerns were dismissed. Ten minutes later, when I asked for an update, she began yelling, used foul language, and told us to leave and "forget it." This was our experience as paying customers on the day of a 50th wedding anniversary. I then asked for whatever had been completed so we could try to salvage the situation. While continuing to argue, she handed over an unfinished arrangement. Based on this experience: missed commitments, no accountability, and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I made them redo it and have them make another one. The first one would have been a total embarrassment if I had it delivered to the funeral home--it had dead flowers! My daughter showed this florist a physical picture of her dress and flower arrangement that she wanted and the day before her prom they gave us a bouquet full of unopened flowers and other flowers that look like weeds. The bouquet was not what we wanted. It wasn't even in the same color of what we asked for. Then we go back and ask for it to be redone and then they tell us that they have no more pink flowers and that they cannot do what we originally ordered so then they put together another bouquet that looks like a five-year-old did it. This is not ok and not good customer service. If they actually took the time to do their arrangement nicely, I would've forgave them, but the fact that they just threw together another arrangement that did not look nice at all is unacceptable.
