They did only what was necessary and didn't rip me off. They rang me and gave me a quote before they began tackling the job. I was able to book in for the day I wanted and got it back that arvo all fixed & ready to go. They left the car clean without grease & grime on the exterior and interior (even blacked the wheels for me). I rate them :-D

Had a breakdown recently and took my car back to get fixed at iCar…read more The owner Mike was so apologetic that they had not picked it up during the service as an issue. i would not have done anything about it anyway... I could not believe the level of concern and "Ownership' that these guys have for their customers cars. Mike keeps records of everything they do to my car for if I ever go to sell it. If I go to sell the car, Mike will give me a full report on everything that has been done, so the prospective buyers know what they are getting. And get this, IF I get work done somewhere else, I just tell Mike and he will keep that record as well. Even though he did not et the business. Anyway, not to worry, I won't get my can services or repaired anywhere else anyway. Amazing
