Nice facelift. Air Conditioners are shot, so is the equipment. We paid by the hour and only got about 30 minutes of actual bowling after two malfunctioning lanes. The bumpers were up, but malfunctioned and had to be put down manually and after two extended failures and the lane totally shutting off, they moved us to another lane that ultimately did the same thing. At the end I asked the manager about a possible coupon for a future 30 minutes free or something. He seemed less than enthusiastic to even consider my request. Our family has been here twice. The first time here it was pretty busy, it was a Sunday, and our 11 month old was being very fussy so we decided to only finish our first game and leave (we paid for 2 games though). We just told them we wasn't going to play our 2nd game and they automatically came back to us with gift cards to come back another day to play the other game. I thought that was Awesome! It's a bowling alley. That's about it. It has everything one would expect. Alcohol for the adults, arcade games for the kids, and bowling for all. The food is decent, and the staff is friendly and competent. I think this place's biggest virtue is that of all the games I played there there was not one mechanical error. This may sound weird but I've bowled places where you have to reset the pins every couple frames, and that never happened here. All-in-all this place is nothing special, but still a good place to enjoy some bowling. read more

So the first time we came here it was fine. We had lots of fun. We went back tonight and it was different. They usually close at 11 but due to Tropical storm Cyndy they said they were closing early. Well the lanes were jacked up but then the worker got mad bc we asked for another game due to others still playing their games. He rudely said "dude I mean we're trying to close." So I was playing around and said "rude customer service." He addressed me very rudely on my comment and proceeded to slam our shoes on the counter while giving it back. We went on a Sunday about 10 minutes before the "special" started. Would've been nice if they would have informed us about it. Could've spent the same amount of money and got 2 slices of pizza and a drink each. On top of that, our lane kept messing up throughout all the games. We will definitely be looking for another bowling alley somewhere. Not impressed. read more

In town for USSSA World Series had the day so we took 3 groups of families bowling, 2 lanes broke down took nearly 45 min to move them to a different lane and they were not busy, when they got moved that lane did not work so the family went to complain and when he did he was told to leave and take his h-e with him and they had their two kids standing with them so after that we all left as a group way to Petro Bowl!!! read more

Had reservations for 6 lanes (large group) and showed up and told would have to wait possible 30 minutes for lanes together. We were told they had the reservation, but were not told about in advance. After 25 minutes of waiting we were told could not honor reservation, much less get 6 lanes not even together. The place is apparently a dysfunctional bowling alley that doesn't have its act together. Good luck coming to this place! read more

This is the best place for a first date! I met a match here from Bumble and we had the best time. Bowling is the perfect activity to do when first meeting someone because you'll always have a good laugh. The facility is older but it's cheap, making it nice for college students on a budget! read more

This is by far the most filthy poorly managed bowling alley I've ever been to. Starts off they make you give them one of your shoes to hold before they will rent you bowling shoes. This means you have to walk around in your socks on these filthy wet carpets. The shoes they give you are so disgusting and filled with spray The balls are mostly broken/chipped, The lanes are slanted and not kept up and the food was not edible. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and can't stress enough to avoid this place. read more

Something to do on a Sunday night. And as far as bowling alleys go, this one is probably about the same as all the other ones you e ever been to. I will say that everything seemed to work as far as lanes and ball returns. Good selection of loaner balls and the rental shoes weren't dingy. read more
