Plenty for the kids to do. You order your food at a Kiosk and enter your phone number. They text you when the food is ready. Only we never received a text. There were two of us together. After 45 minutes i went to check. Food had been sitting out on the counter for quite some time. And there were flies on it. I was told "the text was sent". After showing her my phone with no text in existence, i requested a refund and received one along with an attitude and no apology. read more

This venue is spacious and I've always encountered friendly staff during visits. There is ample parking. This is a good event space for parties or even a fun date night. The food options are decent, average for a typical indoor trampoline park and the prices are what you would expect but this is not your "typical" indoor trampoline park by any means. The Tailgate lounge is super cool. I'm not a bowling fan, but this is one of the coolest VIP bowling lanes with the largest screens to watch sports while playing. The zip-line, karaoke room, and the ninja course are also favorites when visiting. This is definitely a place for adults and/or kids because there is something for everyone Overall, jump time and arcade games are quite pricey but what would you expect when visiting an establishment affiliated with the one and only, Drew Brees. read more

Listen to the other reviews. The majority of the staff is extremely disorganized and aloof. The service was SLOW!! I can't stress that enough. SLOW! It didn't seem like anyone was leading or managing the staff. Everyone seemed to just be doing their own thing with no guidance, organization, oversight, or established procedures to follow. It seemed like half of the staff was either on break or just trying to look busy, while the other half were completely overwhelmed and scrambling around. They definitely did not work together as a team, which is something I would expect from an establishment associated with Drew Brees. (What a foolish expectation on my part) I'm shocked that Drew Brees would allow his name to be associated with such inefficient and disorganized chaos. The facility is decent and the activities are great, but the service was so horrible that I would not go back. Dave & Busters is coming to Lafayette soon, and Surge will have a little more competition especially since Dave & Busters serves food too. Surge may want to invest in better training for their staff because if the service remains like it is now, they may lose a lot of their clientele to Dave & Busters when it opens. read more

Our experience was great! There were a couple of mix ups with our reservations for the sports simulator but Will, one of the managers, worked them out and everything went well after that. Overall we had a great time on the sports simulator, the games and bowling! The food was good and Alivia, our waitress was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive and never missed a beat handling our large party of 10! Service was terrible. You had to pay a $50 deposit to be able to use the necessary equipment for the Sim screens most of which were deflated and in bad condition. We waited 57 minutes for our food where we only got half of it. No apology for the other half that we had to wait another 20 minutes for. Not to mention the part we never got. five employees passed by me and ignored me when I went to ask to have that credited back on my ticket. Finally, the manager came and when I said I'd never got the fries I wanted to be refunded for it when he was done he said here's your $6.51 like I had done something wrong. look I like to support local things that's why we didn't go to Dave & Buster's. Save your money and go somewhere else...this place is extremely unorganized and management has no idea what they're doing. We pre-booked a VIP bowling experience - we had to wait in a chaotic line to be helped, they were out of our shoe sizes, and also out of most of the ball weights. We didn't begin bowling until 30+ minutes after our appointment time. The bowling lane kept malfunctioning, and our balls would not come back out from the ball return. We would have to wait forever for an employee to come over and fix the lane - and you pay by the hour! Our lane was about to time out so we asked if they could add 10 more minutes so we could finish our game and to make up for the delays, and they said no. Then it was time to check out. The lady that was the manager over simulators flatly denied us extra time. but we understood because they were getting busy. But when we asked for a receipt for the deposits and everything, her attitude was like we didnt have a right to bother her with that and was so rude to us. While I understand that we are living in the dark days of Covid-19, a little care and effort could really go a long way. I started out by ordering a cocktail that I watched (from my seat) sit at the edge of the bar for 17 minutes. When the waiter walked back by, I reminded him that I ordered a drink when joining my party and he went to retrieve it. Of course the ice was melted so I asked for it to be remade, I tried really hard to love it but it was mediocre at best. I decided to switch to something that is really hard to get wrong: a dirty Martini. Shockingly, it was very wrong to the point of being blatantly wrong...my dirty Martini was sweet. We ordered chicken quesadillas and poppers as appetizers and both had a strange, sweet taste. Disheartened, we all decided that the wings may be the only safe option for some type of an entree. They came to us looking very nice and heavily sauced (yay!) but when we bit into them, they were overcooked to the point of appearing hollow, one step away from being burned. Before we could send them back, the waiter informed us that the kitchen was closing and so was the facility therefore we should settle our bill. Okay. Perhaps the fun and games make up for the food and drink. Keep in mind that I am a very forgiving person when it comes to drinks/dining before I give you this advice: eat and drink elsewhere before venturing here. read more

After waiting over 30 minutes for drinks and speaking to a manager we got one round of drinks and our food 45 minutes later and was never waited on again for the remainder of our two hour visit. The bumpers were not coming up automatically, so found someone for assistance that never came. Ball got stuck and waited for 20 minutes and found two other people before we found somebody to help. My family and I been to this place a numerous amount of times and my children have the most fun with a court monitor name Amory he is friendly and takes good care of them but the young females always seem to just stand around while he works opening each ride so that they may play...I was so upset today when we can in and he was leaving but as we stayed longer I later heard that the young females plotted away for him to get fired...we will no longer attend this place....I watched two or three female court monitors chase the young males customers around talking very vulgar to them and if they allow young women to act in such a manner my children or my cheerleaders will not come back until Mr.Amory returns just to see him make our children laugh and help us get some free time we truly appreciate him read more

I've been here twice and man, are we lucky to have a place like this in Lafayette! I always wanted to get a Dave & Buster's closer to us, but this is better IMO. First time I took my 6 year old daughter. We did the trampolines and bowling, and hit up the arcade. She loved it all. Second time my brother and I went to have lunch. LOST OVER $100!! The only way to get your money back from canceling the reservation is by showing up in person. If I could show up I wouldn't have canceled!!! Went check this place out a few weeks ago and was excited since it has a lot to offer and Drew brees name! Was disappointed and it has potential for a great place. The service was horrible. We played golf and the tees were all broken, pieces were missing. Workers were taking smoke breaks and leaving the door open right where we played . The parking lot and facility was also dirty. We had a birthday party here for our son and while the facilities were very nice and clean the service was so bad I would never go back. We had to ask multiple times for everything from our party server. Took three times to get the drinks out and then still had to go back and ask for cups. Trying to pay our balance at the end of the party was a nightmare. They pulled us over to pay so I missed our son opening his gifts. The girls at the front were charging me $20.95 per additional jumper when the website and my booking confirmation email said it would be $14.95. Eventually the managers came over and said it should only be $14.95 and fixed the balance. We had ordered two extra pizzas and had to pay for them separately which was another nightmare. We had to ask five times for the bill and it took almost 20 minutes before we were able to pay. It's a shame the service is so atrocious because the facility itself is beautiful. Our party server spent more time playing on her phone than anything else. It was very apparent that the employees did not care or want to be there.
