Should be inspected by the county…read more Soap remains in water when on rinse, vacuums barely work (no suction), $1 a minute and several minutes are spent waiting for door to go up, driving in and walking in to pay. I have tried to give my business to this local car wash for last 5 years, even though vehicles have NEVER seemed properly clean, still film on vehicle once home, water does not seem clean, everything is in disrepair and patched together to try to keep working, stalls do not all have functioning equipment and the bottom line is: very poor water quality and vehicle does not come clean. You get home and look at your vehicle and say I need to wash my vehicle. Found out today that they apparently charge to use their poor quality vacuum, but their vacuums do not work! Everything is old and decrepit. I used to quickly blow my windows off and do a quick (poor quality) vacuum of my driver's floor after I paid because the quality of their blower and vacuum is so poor who would ever think there was a charge and many car washes these things are complimentary. Owner walked up to me today for the first time in 5 years and told me they "cannot afford for me or anyone to blow their veh off or vacuum after payment is made". I told him that I don't pay after because the blower barely works and their vacuums don't suck up anything! I said to charge is not fair. I told him that their water has soap in it on the rinse cycle, their blowers don't work and their vacuums are useless. Place is falling apart. He shrugged. I said that I come here only to support a local neighborhood car wash (Nottingham) and I said the place is in complete disrepair and is almost a scam as vehicles do not come clean. He knows I bring all 3 of my vehs to his business at least once a week. Still he tells me their prices are skyrocketing and they cant have anyone doing anything after paying. I said to him that air and vacuum are free at most places and they work amazing. He shrugged and suggested I use the new car wash near Costco. I said back to him, the one where the water is clean and the equipment works and it cost nothing to vacuum? He nodded. I said, "Gladly". Whenever I have told them something seems to not be working, they have always told me to go to another stall and never fixed anything. When you run a ship shod business and yet nickel and dime your loyal customers they will go elsewhere and will write a review. If his business was inspected by Strathcona County as to whether the customer was getting what we paid for, they would fail. I don't like being nickeled and dimed when your product is faulty and unreliable. Shame on you. I will happily go elsewhere. Your business is an eye sore in the community. You don't paint, mow, pull weeds, pave or uplift the neighborhood. You only care about how much money you can make vs how little you can put into your business. I thought you were better than this. YOUR WATER IS NOT CLEAN AND THE VEHICLES DO NOT COME CLEAN.

It does clean your vehicle quite well but I was fast and it still was around $12 for a wand wash SUV. It is open late though until 10:00pm. Overall not my cup of tea. But the place was busy.

Anyone can use a spray (same stuff used on my tires to make them look shiny/whoopee but whoever did it should have wiped it off rather than leaving it still "wet". As well the inside of my windshield had not been cleaned entirely especially along the bottom portion and the sides. Whom ever used whatever they use for a vacuum should be retrained with the use of this apparatus as the fllor carpets were not done properly. The footwells on both sides/drivers and passenger side(s) again were poorly cleaned. When I rolled my windows down they were still wet with soap and water. I'm sure I could have received the same second class wash in and out by paying $90.00 rather than the so called Deluxe Pkg. I have since learned that there are other establishments that provide the same service at a much cheaper rate. Don't get sucked into this service. In al probablilty I'm sure some owner/manager will respond to this critque and tell me they like to provide top notch service etc but don't waste you effort.
