Looking at the receipt, I did not realize that my age was verified (11/11/00). Really? If I was actually "carded", my birthday is 11/06/1957. How can a person not be able to get a refund for a purchase? I have tried unsuccessfully to get ahold of the owner, but to no avail. Maybe the Better Business Bureau will assist me.
