Another great Love's stop today. This was fuel and restrooms and it was fabulous from beginning to…read moreend. There's a reason why I skip over so many gas stations and convenience stores along the highway to pick a Love's and this one is a great example of why. Clean parking area with room specific for RV's. Easy access pumps with a high roof and the long squeegee sticks so I can clean my entire windshield. A free ten cent per gallon discount on gasoline that makes them the least expensive fuel in the area. Inside, a "Welcome to Love's" from the young man behind the register. Tons of snacks and coolers to choose from. Restrooms that are actually clean. Overall, super positive and I'll continue to patronize Love's. Standard Love's setting up inside, which is nice and clean. --Service/Staff-- I didn't interact with the staff. I just filled up the gas and used their restroom and last minute snacks and coffee. --Products-- Truck gas stop with plenty of items you can choose from as a gas station. I recommend buying the Love's brand because of the price difference. --Capacity-- Plenty of spots for trucks and automobile. I counted 8 pumps to fill up from. --Overall-- Great place to fill up and know their is security and safe to visit while on the road.

I've seen Hunt Brothers pizza at hundreds of convenience stores across the southeast, but I'd never had any before. I was hungry, so I grabbed a "hunk" or "chunk" or whatever they call it. I got to admit--for gas station pizza--that was a great tasting slice. Not the best crust, but great taste. I'd buy that again, for sure.

It isn't a new scam and I should've known better but I went in last week and my bill was ~$14.00. It was by pure coincidence that I paid my credit card bill that very evening and the store charged me $19.00. Usually if you pay with debit you have to "ok" the price. But I remember now they just ok'd the charge and I didn't have to sign anything. I can't even remember if I got a recept but if I had it wouldn't have mattered. I had no reason to think I needed to dissect it until now. I can't say for certain that this wasn't innocent human error but I can't imagine how that could happen accidently. Anyways, since I didn't go to any great lengths to protect myself by asking for and inspecting a receipt I have no choice but to let this go. It was only $5. But I imagine that adds up to a nice little unearned profit if repeated. Of course, I won't go back and if I ever have to I will get a receipt and most likely check my credit card acct before pulling out of lot. But be safe. This place and any other. Get a receipt.

This is by far some of the worse customer service! It seems like everybody in other departments are…read moreso nice but when you reach the deli their attitudes put a bad wrap on the store as a whole. My husband and I have been in multiple times politely asking for a sandwhich and every time the deli workers always act like it's our problem for wanting a sandwich. They always move so slow like they don't care about others time as the are cutting up with eachother and doing other tasks that should not take place over the customer there in front of them. Leon was my first bad experience and not my last with him. His attitude is always terrible and there was once when a worker came up to him and handed him cash that was stated to have been found on the ground. He then (still gloved up) took the cash put it in his pocket and carried on making our sandwiches (with the same gloves, that's disgusting). Then today we go to grab a sandwich after church and the girl Genesis there was just ugly. Did not really greet us well, just gave blank stares waiting for us to tell her what we wanted instead of asking, and not a single smile. We then told the manager our experience and she had little to no remorse towards the situation and gave us a very non enthusiastic "I'm sorry for your experience" with no option to make the situation right, never insured us that the person would be dealt with, and it was really a bigger waste of our time that had already been spent. I've never had a good experience at any Publix deli. It's really just sad these people's attitudes. I would expect a little better from Publix considering they're all about being the "greatest place to shop". Something really should be done about these people but no one seems to care to fix it. I know this is not their first complaint.

Brand new Publix that just opened this year. It's a great location at the corner of Vaughn Rd and…read morePike Road. It's a new layout compared to the other Publix's in the area: the bakery is in the back corner and there's a whole aisle for cards and magazines. The produce section is very nice and they have a special section for Alabama grown produce. I also like how they have the cold items in cases with doors instead of in the traditional open air cold storage. The feel and look of this Publix is completely different than other locations in the area. Starting with the color scheme..it's "Publix green", gray and black and has a slightly industrial feel. There's also a 2nd floor that opens into a roof top dining area where you can eat lunch. The staff seems helpful and friendly and they offer Instacart grocery service. I look forward to shopping here more.
